I was dying to write the review, I won't waste my valuable time explaining too much: terrible logistics, they receive more trucks than fit in the lot, too dark if you get there at night or early in the morning, trucks driving in both directions while you are trying to dock in, summary: its a rice with ass as we say in my country.??

Standard DC , check in an hour ahead of time drop trailer and park 2 feet in front of it after 1 hour I was unloaded but you have to wait for the text message which I waited for another 45 min and then you can collect your paperwork, clean restrooms, waiting room , snacks , clerks can work on their hospitality but important part is that they are fast for a DC ,all together nice experience and good job south Illinois I am pleasantly surprised

Staff is nice and friendly
For door waiting is too much
They didn’t allowed you 1 hour before your appointment time
When you check in they say park inside we will call you it’s 2 hours no call still waiting
WAITING TOO MUCH
No parking on street
LOVE TRUCK STOP
AND 1 more truck stop only 2 miles away on
50 Hwy

No nonsense facility. In and out in 1.5 hours. Friendly staff, plenty of space to move around.

Had 3 pallets to deliver here. checked in 1:30 for a 2a.mappointment.. didn't leave until 5a.m.
Was one of those times...
Was not pleasant for me. It made me late for my 2nd drop.

Cant believe giving a walmart 4stars. This location was probably the 1st to ever unload within 2hrs. Short 1star due to No parking on property rule.
I arrived 7 hrs before appointment and got turned away by the security staff but in a professional and Poliet manner. ?

Don’t come here early. Check in only 1 hour before appointment. 2 pallet delivered here, 1 hour waited. Almost nice
