This has to be the worst bank I’ve done business with, and I’ve only been a customer 4 days. The carelessness and unwillingness to help displayed by all levels of their staff, from branch managers to IT directors, is frankly astounding. Now I understand the fee for closing your account in the first 90 days. Once you find out how bad it is you have to pay to get out. STAY AWAY
