I traveled 6 hrs one way after speaking with Cody about an Argo 6x6 for purchase. Upon picking it up Cody was not available so I delt with Brian. The vehicle was not pre inspected or setup . Gas guage didn’t work, the idle was poor, tire pressure was off, and trouble shifting to reverse. After getting it home, the next day I went out to start my new 2022 Argo and it kept shutting down, strong odor of gas. I took the air filter off and seen gas in the bottom of the filter. Motor had less than an hour run time. I called talked to Brian, informed him of the situation, and decided it was a fire hazard to operate. Brian said he would check into it and get back to me. It’s been over a week now and have not heard from the dealer. I have called three different days, but both Cody and Brian were unavailable. They sold me a lemon, and failed to make any attempts to resolve the issue. I am out over $12,000. I plan to seek legal action. I also plan to contact Argo direct, and seek action against Okawville Equipment / Argo dealer. BUYER BEWARE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great service/repair department. Brian helped me last year with a two of my mowers that were in need of repair and service. He went well beyond what he had to and during a very busy planting season I might add. Great job Brian and all of the good folks at Okawville Equipment.

I had a brake caliper come loose on my front wheel while driving down the freeway. It was all I could do to make it into this small town garage. They took care of me at the moment I arrived. At the very moment, I pulled into their parking lot, my tire went flat. They found out that the bolts that were used on my caliper were the wrong size, and that was why they came out. They ran to the auto parts store and got the right sized bolts and fixed me up with the spare. The process took about 1 1/2 hours, and I was able to continue on my way to Missouri. In the end they charged me $38 for the entire service. I was very pleased with the service.
