Quick and painless. We called about a truck he recently posted and after accepting the price verbally Jeff held it and even waited for us to get there tonight when he didn't have to.

Very nice person to talk to there. Car I was interested in would have been great for someone shorter than me or I would be looking to make a deal. Very pleasant experience though.
