The installers were polite, professional and they did excellent work. That and a very good price is about as good as it gets. I'm very satisfied.

Had champagn Danville overhead door several times in the past always pleased with service not overpriced paid bill this time service tech fix my problem but it took him about three times longer than it should have he never had the correct seal for my door he thought he was in Potomac looking for my house he was actually in Paxton he drove from Potomac to Ogden got correct seal for my door I get a bill two or three days later for $264.46 it included 1 hour labor $230 I will not have them again and I won't recommend them don't know if ownership has changed or not but it's a completely different company than it was when I dealt with it before

Terrible customer service from the office manager.Their service technician, who was great to work with, although he recommended not buying the garage door operator machine they sell and he suggested we buy a better unit and they would install it. The tech ended up replacing a logic board and he said it might not fix the problem, but it has worked for the most part…it just doesn’t work with our in-car remote.We were billed for two logic boards, which made the cost almost $400. I called and was told it was an accident and it should have been one material (logic board) billed. I paid the bill in full, minus the over charge for the second logic board and then received another bill asking for the remaining balance for the cost of the extra material. I called to remind them they accidentally charged an extra material. The office manager immediately got defensive, claiming there was no accident and then she hung-up on me. I called back and the office manager would not answer my call.I would recommend using a company that knows how to communicate with their customers without hanging up on them with a simple question about the bill.

Called this morning because I can't get my car out of my garage. I need to be at the hospital tomorrow morning at 6:45 am. They had a crew in my town and I was told they would put me on the schedule immediately after they finished with that job; I was never told by the MAN I spoke to this morning that someone else would have to call me to schedule this. Some time later, a WOMAN calls me to schedule an appointment and I tell her that I already have a crew coming later today when they are finished with their first job in my town. I'm removed from their schedule. Major miscommunication and my car is still stranded in my garage! I'm frantic, start to cry wondering how the he-double-hockey-sticks am I going to get a double-wide garage door open to get my car out by myself? She offers nothing. No apology for the miscommunication. She only states I declined the appointment - which I had already scheduled with the MAN I spoke to this morning - and they are gone and busy until Thursday.

Rude Customer Service. --Combative and uncooperative. They tout same day service and that's not the case. Customer doesn't come first in this outfit. Would not recommend this orgzn. Doug

They don't even deserve one star! I called to just ask how to get my garage door hooked back up after a power outage. They said they wouldn't just walk me through it over the phone and hung up on me. I called back for a manager and they hung up again. Use Reliable Overhead Doors.. we had it hooked up in 3 min without anyone coming over.

Quick response and repair. Called and had someone out next working day. Had it fixed in about an hour and working like new. Customer service was great.

Excellent Service! Due to a broken spring, we called late in the afternoon and employees arrived early the next morning to fix the problem. They were very prompt, professional and the job was done in a timely fashion. Thank you!

The track on our garage door somehow got unaligned & we couldn't open the garage door. My husband called them in the morning, they arrived in the afternoon, it took the guy only 10-15 minutes to fix it. Super fast friendly service. I would recommend them.

I’ve used them probably half a dozen times and they have always been able to take care of me same day. They are friendly, capable, and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for all my overhead door needs while I live in the area.

Bad bad bad customer service they have one of the rudest employees I have met I have really bad experience w this people they did bad job they left my door open on the left side the cable has to much tension than the right they charge hi but job is jobAnd they told me go some places elseThink before you hire this company
