Next to Scott Credit Union, Woodforest is one of the worst banks I've ever experienced. Rude employees, incompetent employees that will cancel your debit card, tell you the replacement is free and still charge you a whole $15 to replace when they are the ones who cancelled your card. Not to mention the fact that you have to go inside ghetto Walmart to get to the branch, their reps are argumentative and just flat out unprofessional. I'll go to Chase. Woodforest isn't worth banking with!

They acted like I was a criminal for trying to cash my paycheck there. Instead of calling Wells Fargo and verifying the check they just mumbled something and stared blankly at me. I said what and she said she "cant cash it bc of amount" ???♀️
