I would give ZERO stars if permitted. This is the 2nd vehicle Walmart has damaged. First, they did NOt put oil in my daughter’s 2017 Ford Fusion and allowed her to drive off after complaining that they had to remove so much from underneath vehicle in order to perform oil change. She door dashed all evening and was about to go to work the following afternoon but blue smoke was blowing out tail pipe, we recorded my son checking oil and the dip stick came out bone dry each time. Took it back to Walmart and they took it to the back and came out almost an hour later showing my daughter dipstick telling her ,” I can’t believe you didn’t see all of this oil in your car.” LIES! I have video proving them wrong but they denied the claim so I had to pay out of pocket for an engine replacement and repairs NOW my son’s 2007 Yukon Denali I’m has a locked engine due to one of the guys replacing an oil plug that he was NOT instructed to do. This guy lied like he did not do this but clearly this is a shiny, silver plug inside of the oil pan but today I got word from the repair shop that Walmart states they’re going to deny the claim because we don’t have evidence that their crew replaced the plug. You have cameras there so be honest about it. Walmart also stated that my son drove the vehicle an additional 3,000 miles. My son didn’t realize at the time what was going on and when I told him this large oil leak didn’t start until after you had that last oil change he went up to the store and addressed it but of course they denied doing more than an oil change so the individual over the claim asked that I send pictures and the receipt as well as getting proof that the engine is locked up and so I did but still he found a reason to deny the claim. Again, Walmart gets away with destroying my children’s property and leaving me to foot the bill. We learned about this shiny new plug due to the truck not starting and my son thinking it may be the starter so his dad jacked it up and saw oil pouring from this plug that Walmart had installed. He asked my son who had done this and my son told him it had to be Walmart the day of the oil change. We took pictures of the newly installed plug for evidence but found out that it doesn’t matter because we didn’t SEE Walmart installing it. Very sad. I was told by the manager that Walmart tends to hire unskilled individuals at this location and that he has a difficult time trying to train them since they have ZERO auto repair experience. He also stated that most of them have never even put a pair of breaks on a vehicle before. This was said after one of the young men overfilled my son’s truck with oil and we had to take it back to Walmart. They apologized and had the young man to apologize as well stating that he was new. Manager explained to young man that he could’ve caused major damage to the pistons inside of vehicle. This young man was extremely apologetic and nervous. He ended up being a door greeter but after about a month, he was no longer working there. I believe he was embarrassed or ashamed because we’d enter the store and see him as a greeter where he’d still frequently apologize for his mistake. Sad place to work and do business with.

We had a gentleman by the name of Kieth help us. We purchased 2 tires. He was extremely busy and short staffed. But never let it get to him. He was very professional. We never felt like we were a problem. He answered all of our questions. And helped us decide on a which tires to purchase. We had them installed and out the door in less then 1 hour. We will definitely recommend this tire center. This man deserves a raise. We were very impressed.Service: Tyres

How can you have appointments and tell people to make one to be seen faster yet when someone calls to make an appointment YOU DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!?!? I need my tire fixed and can't even use the road hazard warranty because I can never get ahold of anyone for an appointment and its a two hour wait to even get my car looked at!

Called their phone nunber to get a price check and availability, they don't answer the phone. So I called the Walmart Super Center to try to talked to them. They put me on hold for 50 minutes before disconnecting me. Tried going to the store, they are not taking any more appointments. If you want to be taken care of you have to be in line when they open at 8am.

Appointment at 12, got here on time and I’ve been sitting here for 3 hours and they still aren’t done. Should’ve taken 45 minutes as I was the first appointment of the day and getting 4 new tires. Just don’t go here

Wanted to say how AMAZING the service was this morning at the auto center. I showed up early prepared to wait to get an oil change since it's first come first serve, and instead of making me wait two hours until they opened at noon, they took me right away and signed me in. The kindness they showed goes a long way trying to meet the customers needs in spite of everything going on with COVID. They don't know how much they made my day and how long I will talk about this. I have been a customer for years and I've never been let down. I truly appreciate everything they did for me.

Was on hold for 10 minutes just to be hung up on when the person picked up the phone. I guess I'll get new tires elsewhere.

*Update: This site either lies, are incompetence, or just lazy! After 2 stops at O'Reilly's, 3 stops at autozone (pic of last Autozone test results included), 3 salvage yard stops, and 4 total walmart stops I finally found 2 walmart's who could properly diagnose my bad battery, one of whom directed me to one who finally honored the warranty and replaced the battery, which then permitted O'Reilly's to be able to test my "bad alternator" and determine that it was never bad to begin with. Finally, after spending countless dollars, time, and effort I couldn't afford, my car's electrical systems are fully operational, all because THIS Walmart couldn't run a simple test correctly. What little faith I had in Walmart to begin with was eventually restored by other sites, but this Walmart's autocenter needs an overhaul.*
