The theft at the O'Fallon Illinois Post Office is getting horrible. I mailed some Valentine cards out in O'Fallon. I put two stamps on each and confirmed that was more than enough postage because I had little Hershey bars taped inside cards. The chocolate Hershey bars were stolen out of my cards! That is sick! Just sick!

This Post Office has lost mail, packages, that said they were delivered to my address, but weren’t. It’s been increasingly getting worse over the last half year, and it was already bad before that.

Such poor customer service and disrespect. Please do not expect to go in here and be treated fairly or kindly. Save yourself time and go to a different location.

This post office REGULARLY delivers other people's mail from a specific address to my residence. I've had to personally deliver legal papers in large quantity, as well as other expensive packages to the correct address several blocks away. After having spoken to the postmaster at this facility on numerous occasions, the take away is that he isn't that concerned. I've also has expensive packages stolen by their staff, and later delivered by an out of uniform, and plain car thrown to my front porch after making official complaints where the accusation of theft was persistent in the report.

I had probably the worst experience with this particular employee as she might as well been a kiosk! Never really tried to help me ship my package!

Didn't have my box taped and employee said they didn't have any nor offered me to buy tape. I find it hard to believe a distribution and shipping center doesn't have tape. Lazy.

USPS is horrible!!!. Rude on the phone, put you on hold for ever to come back on the line to put you back on hold. They wont reschedule deliveries to a business during business hours so you can receive your packages on time. POOR POOR POOR!!!!!

Worst post office ever! They don't pick up mail, deliver my mail to the wrong address, and if you call to report any problems they get ignorant and try to blame you. The worst part is that you can't do anything about it, and no one cares.

This place must be terrible. I live in Virginia, but I ordered from a seller on ebay, and they used this post office to ship the item. The tracking online said that this post office was in possession of the item, but when I called they told me they didn't have it, and that it hadn't been shipped yet. I thought I was being scammed by the eBay seller, but once I contacted them they told me that they had a missing package alert, and then they refunded my money. So in other words this place completely misplaced the package, even though they said they didn't have it. Believe the bad reviews on here, they are correct.
