Great service at the tire center!

This review centers on a cashier we had today checking out. The rest of the store, the prices, the selection, is good. We go to checkout and we say hello upon walking up to the cash register - nothing is said from the cashier. She scans our items, the screen in front of me ask how I would like my receipt (printed or also emailed) and it’s not working. I say out loud to the cashier the screen isn’t working - she says nor does anything. She continues to ring items up and when finished just stares. I assume she is done I start inserting my card into the card machine and it doesn’t work. Try again it doesn’t work. I then tell her it’s not working - she says nothing presses a button on the computer - still says nothing but I assume the button press did something so I try my card again, this time it works. Receipt prints - she just stares - I grab it and begin to walk out with my cart. My spouse says thanks to the cashier and she again says nothing. The permanent scowl plus zero communication skills should probably not be a person you employ to interact with customers at checkout. Word to the lady working the register - if you hate interaction with human beings, don’t voluntarily get a customer service job.

I have nothing against Sam’s Club the only thing I dislike was the café. They need to wear hair nets or something nothing like having a piece of long black hair under my pizza ? yummy. The place is a mess and disgusting ? most of the tables are dirty, their ketchup and mustard on everything where the forks and spoons are and even on the trash can to throw stuff away. I didn’t even finish my food had to get out of there and wash my hands and was hoping none of that nasty stuff was on my spoon wanted to barf ?. The manger that runs that little cafe needs to do a better job cleaning. After that mess not sure if I am staying to eat there probably take it to go or maybe not don’t need hair in my food.

I use the Sam's gas station for my car. My girlfriend just told me a story that she had her purse stolen at a gas station in STL while she was pumping gas. I never even thought about that type of event. So, I am grateful that Sams appears to be secure with an attendant on duty to watch out for mischief. I also appreciate Sams prices, the clean gas pump areas, and easy access. I will continue to be a frequent user.

If you use the scan and go on the app it makes it a quicker shopping experience. The shopping experience there is always pleasant.

Over all I love this Sam it's just one thing I don't like and that is the cold cereal selection it seems like it is fewer selections that it has been in the pass.

This is not the first time this has happened. Again I got a bag of oranges with rotten ones at the bottom. As soon as I pulled away from the Club I could smell the overly sweet orange rot smell. Had I had time I would have gone back. I ended up having to throw away 4 of the oranges at the bottom of the bag. If I can smell it your staff can smell it. You need to check the bags, I would have if in the store.
