Useless. Have an account with them and they can’t notarize a document from my account when I’ve had it done at other locations. Lady on the right in the office can’t do her job and help me. Absolutely ridiculous. Bank is empty and they are to lazy.

They are unable to do any transactions inside the bank itself. We were told they are a 'Solutions Center'. Overall, disappointing and unhelpful location. We were basically told to go to Collinsville. Unless you are using the ATM, don't bother going here for any help.

In the past I was always used the Fairview location as it was closer to my house and was able to develop good rapport with the manager there Amber, I was having difficulty with some account stuff so had to go into the O'Fallon location and to my glad surprise Amber was there helping the location out this weekend. It was great to see her again, she was super helpful, remembered me from way back before Covid hit, and just super amazing. She has been for the last several years that I have banked with PNC. Just thank you for always being excellent!

Not sure what happened with this bank. They closed my debit card with out my acknowledgment and I was standing at the grocery store counter with a declined card. Talk about embarrassing, tried calling the bank with a 20+min wait for a representative. I figured out what happened to my card before a representative connected with me. After figuring it out, I was locked out of my online banking account and had to rest my password not once but twice!! For some reason resetting your password the first time doesn’t seem to do anything. Finally got into my account with no help from PNC. This chain really went down hill.

Walked in to make a rather large deposit get told we are primarily drive up service location. They dont even have a standard walk up counter anymore.so its either self service drive up or get no service at all.Wont do buisness with my money anymore.

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER! I opened a new account with a coupon to get up to $300 for opening a new account. I never received any of it. When I opened the account nothing was really explained to me. The person who opened my account no longer works there. I went in about a month after opening my account and inquired about it. I was told it typically takes 60 days. So I went in again about a month later with other concerns on my account as well. I spoke with one of the personal bankers who didn't have answers. They told me the manager would be calling me. No one called me back so I had to call them again. Still got no where was told they would get back to me. Got a call about a week later that I missed so I returned the call 3 times and never got a call back from the branch manager. Finally I call the customer service line again today and was told there was a case opened on it and that I would not receive the coupon due to my direct deposit going into the wrong account. Which was an accident because the person who opened my account did not explain how the virtual wallet worked or that it was actually 3 different account numbers in one. The branch manager couldn't even have the decency to call me and let me know or apologize for his staff not properly explaining the accounts so that I could get my rewards. This isn't how you should treat customers especially after they made so many attempts to inquire.
