Angela Brown helped us originally looking for a recliner. Today we came in for couches and a recliner. She was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough in explaining the differences in couches. She also helped us choose the best color for the recliner we chose. Highly recommend Kloss and Angela!

We were surprised with a 2 year old foster child in addition to our other two kids without any warning. Angela Brown was extremely helpful in getting us set up and went above and beyond to make it happen quickly. The whole experience was great and the prices were better than competitors by far!

Everyone at Kloss was amazing, but Paul White went above our expectations. My husband and I were due for an upgrade on our bed, paul made sure we didnt jump to a sale and made sure we were buying something we really loved. We will be coming to Kloss Furniture for all future needs!! Every other employee was smiley and always ready to help. Thank you all so much for your hard work!!!

Great experience! We shopped around a little before coming to Kloss. No one has the selection they offer. Same goes for their sales associates, no one even comes close to the professionalism of their staff or knowledge about their products. Prices are reflected upon the quality of the furniture... you get what you pay for. Paul, our sales associate, was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He guided us through the process step by step making everything seamless. Thank you Paul! When it came time for delivery, again executed perfectly. Noah and Chase were extremely professional, friendly, and showed great attention to detail and delicate with our new living room furniture. 5 stars for those guys! Oh yeah, they showed up on time too! Seems like no one does that anymore!Don't shop anywhere else, choose local, choose Kloss. You'll be happy you did.

Paul W. was absolutely fantastic! We got three couches for under $8,000–one being an England and two Bassets. The prices and quality is unbelievable. You definitely get what you pay for in furniture so make sure you buy quality and Kloss provides that quality. Go see Paul!
