Got a mani / pedi, and both were good, but they drilled off my dip manicure while I was getting my pedicure because I said I wanted the same color on my toes. She thought I had come in with the manicure I guess and didn’t realize someone else had just done my manicure? Anyways, she didn’t fix it correctly so I paid through the roof for a botched dip manicure. It would’ve been 5 stars if they had taken the time to fix my manicure properly after messing it up. I will never come back.

They fixed my nail! I was traveling and I had broken a nail and they fixed it for me and got it done quickly!

I was looking for a last minute nail shop on a Sunday & I came upon this Gem!!! I was greeted with genuine kindness and warm hearts and smiles when I came in the shop.. The energy was Amazing. I love my nails ? they did an amazing job. I found my nail home!! Thank you!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

I really like the way this salon does nails. I even like the people. I do not like how they price gouge. Fine it’s $45 for dip. I can live with you charging more than most salons in this area. Then an extra $5 for shape. Fine, normal. Then it was an extra $5 for matte top coat. I feel like if I asked for cuticle oil that would have been an extra $5. The matte top coat irritated me, because it literally is nothing extra for them. If you are fine with extra costs for every little thing, no price list posted anywhere, every cost is off the top of their heads, then fine. The work other wise is great.

My nails were nice, but the lady kept trying to get me to do things I didn’t want. She kept asking for me to get a pedicure. I explained I just had one a week ago and don’t need one at this time. She would immediately turn to talk to another coworker in a different language making me feel uncomfortable. She quoted me one price, then tried to charge me more when she rang me out… I just stared at her. Then she said, “Oh I’m sorry it’s supposed to be (previously quoted price).” Then as she’s ringing me out she required tip information prior to add to the bill instead of allowing me to add tip on with my signature. I felt like she over charged me for a basic dip… I checked the website and she charged me $10 more than what the website quoted for a basic dip. For that reason, I will not return. It’s a shame, because I did like my nails very much.Service: Dip powder

I went on 8-23-23 in the morning I will not be returning back second time going my nails look horrible have to go get them taken off tomorrow a waist of money I’m pissed . She did my nails sloppy as hell and the amount I paid for I couldn’t believe how they looked…..
