Would not honor coupon price for oil change/tire rotation. Yes, truck is lifted and is normally more, but coupon does not mention that exclusion. Figured it's a good deal, hence the coupon. Turned out not to be a deal at all, normal pricing. Bring my truck and Corvette for maintenance routinely, will be re-thinking that now if they will not honor advertised coupon.

My recent purchase was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had! Nick Trelow was a fantastic salesman to work with! He was very friendly, knowledgeable about my vehicle and able to answer all my questions without making me feel any pressure. Chasity in made the financing process equally stress free and even a little fun. I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Was going to originally buy from another dealership but after they disrespected my girlfriend because of her age refusing to even let her test drive the car!! I called Jack Schmitt they had our car ready to test drive as soon as we got there and the customer service and explanation throughout the entire process was superb! As someone who has been in the sales world for the past three years I can safely say that this a dealership I trust & would highly recommend! Huge shout out to our sales representative and the finance manager!

Looking for a car for my son and pretty much knew what we wanted. Stopped in to the dealership one evening and mike met me at the door. I thought he was going to tell me they were closing. Instead he asked how he could help. We looked for about 45 min and discussed pros and cons of used vs new. Left with brand new trailblazer. We love it. He was excellent to work with. The person who did my paperwork was so gracious and nice. Very efficient. We will go back. Highly recommend!

FYI, to all corvette and C8 owners in the O'Fallon, IL area. I took my C8 into Jack Schmitt today for an oil change and I shared with the manager of the service department I had a concern regarding the price of the oil change. The cost was $225.00. I shared with him I had spoken with the service advisor from Weber Chevrolet in St. Louis, MO and they had emailed me a total price for a C8 Corvette oil change in the amount of $160.00. I asked the manager if he would honor the same price as the other Chevy dealership he refused. He further stated that he didn't know if Weber had a certified mechanic working on customers C8 Corvette. He stated they did have a certified mechanic and this is why they charge more. I know for a fact Weber has a certified mechanic because I have taken my C8 there for it's first oil change and to have other things done. Jack Schmitt is a local dealership for me for service however I don't think they value me or other customers business when it come to the value we offer. We support their dealership with our community dollars. It's a matter of principle and it was something he could have honored out of respect to me being a long time customer. I am very disappointed in the customer service here at this dealership regarding this matter. I had just put my name on the list for a New ZR1 prior to this incident. I'm having second thoughts about doing business with this dealership in the future. What are your thoughts as a corvette owner? Should I go back to Weber for future services?
