Not the best. They do not answer their phones and if I had known they had a drop box to just leave the key because no one was going to be there anyway during business hours, could have saved me 150 bucks

I called the day before for pick up and when me and the driver arrived they couldn’t find my reservation but the driver was super nice and attentive and very professional ,Jaymon Rodger’s is his name and he deserves recognition for His hard work

I have rented over 55 rentals at O Fallon Hertz Illinois for four years. Half of my rentals are from SIU Carbondale to Chicago Land. The staff have been very helpful and most of my rentals have been good- great experiences.
