Called to speak to "my" doctor for help getting a prescription refilled. Of course I was not allowed to talk to Dr Morrison but his staff was not very interested in helping me. The pharmacy won't refill until they hear from my doctor. My doctors office told me to be patient. That was Tuesday. It's Thursday and still no refill.

Continuing from JenkHad to wait a week and pay $30 co-pay to do what "nurses" should have done last week. When talking to Dr Morrison his "staff" were listening outside the door and ran away when I opened the door. Of course no apology. Childish, rude and unprofessional.

I don't have a problem with the care I received per se', but I'm tired of BJC. They have been getting worse and worse administratively for the last few years. I'm finding a new practice not under the BJC umbrella.

Established care here and had no issues at first but now that I need care again it's hopeless trying to get an appointment here unless I walked into that office for one. Ridiculous no one answers the phone waited on the line for over 15 min just to make an appointment I gave up. Can't get a MyChart login information to do it online either. Was sick another time too and tried to get care here and just ended up going to an urgent care. If you have any covid symptoms you need to do a telehealth call instead and couldn't get them to register me under my insurance that the office takes already! I give up I'm going to a different office for care because I can't even get care at this place twice now.

Love this practice. Been seeing doctor Jen for years. Only complaint being they wouldn't see my sick 1 year old during first year covid.

I have been using this location for just over a year and couldn't be happier. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Easy to make or change appointments. Lucy, my PA is incredible at what she does and makes you feel comfortable in your most vulnerable moments. Every experience here has been wonderful and I'm so happy I found a great care provider. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Elliott I've been my primary doctor for over two years now, and I've never had a better PCP. She listens, takes her time, and figures out what exactly is going on. And if she's not able to, she will send you to a specialist ASAP. And her assistant Jesse is amazing. Super friendly , outgoing, and loves interaction

Very rude office staff! Rude to me as I arrived for an appointment when their staff failed to clearly communicate their preferred arrival time. Professionalism at an all time low!
