The clerk was extremely rude. She told me next time to tear out the coupon to make it easier for them. Didn't realize I had to do their job. It was a simple thing that she should have done for a customer without making a big deal of it. I just didn't know they were so unable to do this. It took 2 seconds. She then walked away with no thanks.

I love this location! Everyone is so friendly. The Pharmacy is on tope of things and always willing to help. Depending on the Pharmacist working, your refill might take longer, but the male pharmacist I usually see is top notch and very quick. He always has a short wait time, and keeps things moving smoothly. Everyone is very helpful.

Pharmacist is very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy staff are responsive and friendly. It give you the feel of old time hometown pharmacy.

The local CVS must have the world's worst communication device!!! in their drive-thru.\\nEvery time I go there I have to repeat myself 3-4 times, sometimes even more...and then still have to spell my name several times because they cannot hear me clearly! This is annoying I am sure to every customer that goes thru the drive-thru in O Fallon, IL. Can't something be done to upgrade the system so you don't have both angry customers and/or staff members???\\nI'm sure we would both appreciate it.

Every time i go to the drive thru lately there is one car in front that they just let sit there. The one time i needed something they made get out of line and get back in. I realize they are short staffed but lets treat everyone the same.

I've had nothing but extremely positive experiences at this location. Their pharmacy is super efficient and helpful. There's only 1 line for their drive thru pharmacy but they move through the people fast. 4 people were in front of me this morning and I was still in and out in less than 10 min. I use to use the Walgreens down the road and I would be in the drive thru for 30 + mins if there was 3 people in front of me. Inside is always clean and has plenty of staff walking around more than happy to help with anything you might need. Highly recommended.

Went in today to get a flu shot and saw signs all over the store saying "to get a vaccination it is highly recommended that you make an appointment". So I asked the girl at the pharmacy is there anyone who could give me a flu shot and she said you have to make an appointment and I said but that's not what the sign says. She ignored me I took my meds and left. CVS O'Fallon IL fix your signage it's misleading.

Appallingly bad reviews here! I had a fine experience but I didn't use the pharmacy. I was just picking up a couple of items while out running errands from work. The employees were friendly and wearing masks during the pandemic. It was the week prior to the state of IL opening back up. I got what I needed and got out. It was clean and organized. I'd for sure go back when necessary! I prefer CVS to Walgreens.
