“My boyfriend has a high yield savings account (which is awesome), and he just paid his loan off with them today. I am leaving this review as a customer service representative at another bank. I was just really impressed by Terri's and Tatiana's customer service! (I apologize if I spelled any names wrong). They were super kind, super friendly, and very helpful when we requested that the lien release be electronically delivered to him. Terri even recommended some places for us to look in regard to a new vehicle, and Tatiana talked to us about some of their products available to us without being super salesy. I appreciated that! Thanks for the great customer experience. :)”
