I had never heard of it, however, they are now a staple for for THE MIDWEST for me. Their customer service with attention to detail of my current needs were unprecedented. The listening skills of my Rep. ensured the right type of car with the suggestion of returning to switch if it didn’t meet my needs. The explanation of coverages, reminder of refueling costs, and last minute clean car detailing were icing on the beautiful cake created at Enterprise O’Fallon for me. “On a trip from Texas, my rental was showing a 4wd service need and was leaking oil. Hertz customer service wanted to tow the car to the St. Louis airport and have me ride with the tow truck driver to get a different car. I arrived at this location when they opened and Julie was so kind and ready to help me get back on the road right away.
