I just had my VW Atlas worked on last week at Auffenberg, they were very professional, Larry the Service Director ensured that all was taken care of in a most timely manner. It appears that I will do all my service and repairs there in the future. The quality of service is what one would expect. They did a really great job.

Made two trips to casually review the stock. Were greeted and treated with courtesy without any hard-sell. Alec showed listened to what we were looking for and showed only what was in our comfort range. Alec provided options and made the purchase easy, and his colleague Ryan worked with our schedule to get an overview of the car and handed us the keys when we were ready the next day. An excellent experience and will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Don’t use this dealership. They charge significantly higher than other dealerships. Other dealerships beat their rates on newer, higher models with more features. They refused to work with me or remedy their swindling of a single mother with a newborn. Truly disgusting.

Sales and service dept were great, however a couple weeks after my first service, my washer fluid lights came on and I hadn’t even used it much since the service, I added a full gallon of washer fluid, so obviously it wasn’t checked or filled at my service appt, it’s the little things

I have had great sales and service here! From purchase to scheduled maintenance, it's been a smooth experience every time. I really like the service video the Tech sends when they are done with their work. Wait time was a little long for 1 scheduled morning oil change, but I probably needed the down time, so I accepted my fate that morning and enjoyed some complimentary coffee and snacks! Will be my first stop if I'm ever ready to change vehicles!

Purchased a used car last year. I took the car in at least three times for the same problem, sweet smell in the car and blower makes noise. I was told they replaced the heater core and it’ll take some time to go away. There still seems to be a heater core issue as my windows fog up when I turn on the heat and that smell still is in the car. So I thought I’d give them another chance to make things right. I set up an appointment with ease and dropped my car off after hours. I was told to write in the front of the envelope attention to Larry, which I did and he would “personally look into it”.I received text message updates from them but that was difficult to navigate. I much prefer someone to call me and discuss my vehicle with me. I ended up i “oil filter go area and went to check on my Jeff told me they did a pressure test and found a small antifreeze leak in the oil filter housing which could be causing the smell. I asked if Larry looked into it. He said no. I explained the problem I am having with the car and told him what Larry and I discussed. Jeff told me he’d have the technician look at it the next morning.The next afternoon I received a text from Jeff asking if I had any updates for them. This confused me. I am the one waiting for an update. He then replied with, “oil filter housing leaking antifreeze.” I told him we already spoke about this. I’m waiting to hear back on the diagnosis on the original issue. He then said he’d have the technician look into the matter.By this time, I’m beyond frustrated and also angry with myself on giving them another chance. I asked that the technician not work on my car and that I would be by later to pick it up.Seriously, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to use any of the Auffenberg stores at all. It’s not about the customer or customer service. It’s about the all mighty dollar. I’d give them 1 star but gave them 2 because the store is niceI’m empathetic for the technicians. They take pride in what they do. It’s the employees that are on the customer service/management side of the house that ruin it for me.

Checking into my appointment was quick and easy. Was immediately attended to when dropping off and picking up my vehicle. The only thing I wish was different was being provided a time frame for when my vehicle was ready. I did have to call and ask, but again it was because I was not told at the time I dropped off my car when my vehicle would be ready.

Brandon was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond after hours and came in early the next day to accommodate my schedule. While in my search for a new vehicle I received excellent customer service from Volkswagen saleman Jay from start to finish. The other men I met while there were so nice as well. I love my new Taos. I definitely will recommend you all. I give you all 10 stars!!!!

Brandon was great. We were shopping for an Atlas and he showed us 3 different vehicles and explained the different options they were equipped with. We went with a 2024 model that had the options we wanted. He made the paperwork part of the process as pleasant as that process can be. He even worked around a medical appointment that we had in the middle of the process. Before we drove off he demonstrated some must know things before we left. We are very pleased with the entire process at Auffenberg thanks to Brandon.

Great new location and easily accessible compared to the old dealership. VW provides great detail in communicating what maintenance will be done and keeping the car owner up to date on the process. I appreciate the texts from the service department. What would be nice is informing the customer, at the time of service, that a 3% fee is charged for using a credit card. A sign at the front desk that may or may not be noticed isn't cutting it.

My purchase of this vehicle was a months long process. I wanted to do research and make sure I was picking the best one for myself. When I can in originally and started talking to Jay he talked me through the differences and the similarities of each model of TAOS. When we couldn’t make a deal that day he continuously reached out to me to see where I was in the process of purchasing a new car. When I finally did go back we went over the things that I could live without and the things I needed and when the perfect one was set aside to become a loaner he took the initiative to talk to his manager about selling me that one. Which is the one I bought.

Service department full of heartless “workers” looking to gain gross turning easy repairs into thousands of dollars. They will get every dime from you that they can. Surely will never ever ever go there again in life. If you were smart. You wouldnt either.

Had car towed here while on business away from home. Had to wait 2 hours on my ride. Service made sure I had food and drinks. Checked out problem and did major warranty repair in a timely fashion, even though vehicle was not purchased here and I live away so likely will not purchase from them. Highly recommend their service department.
