I went in for my 2nd oil change on our new car. I was checked in quickly and had very kind service. Absolutely love the video sent to my phone regarding the inspection of my Mazda. I was on the road before I knew it, heading too get my free car wash!?

We bought a certified pre-owned car for our daughter. We had problems with the Apple car play, almost immediately. We took it in to them multiple times, and they gave us every excuse not to look into the problem, while it was under warranty. I was told by the customer service manager that if this problem continued to happen, that we would be covered , due to the fact that we had dealt with this under warranty. That did not happen. After our warranty was up, they looked further into the problem, and charged us $1300+ to finally fix the problem. Be careful buying used cars from this dealer.

We went in just to look at the different styles of the Mazda we had no intention on buying that day. We had a few question
about the different styles which all question were answered they let us drive a few models and both of us liked the size and the comfort of the CX-5 We both were impressed of the no pressure salesmen ( Cory) so we decided to go a head and buy that day.
We are very happy with the payments they are right were we are comfortable. We are very satisfied with the Mazda warranty and the extended warranty that we purchased .
Still getting used to all the new technology. LOL
Looking forward to driving it for many years

Our sales Rep Jon Ballas did a great job. It was the quickest least painful car buying process I have ever been through and I have purchased dozens of new vehicles. I maneuvered through a lot of the process online and on the phone and completed the process quickly at the dealership. I would highly recommend Jon and Auffenberg for your next auto purchase.

Buying the vehicle was pretty seamless. The salesman at Mazda was great! However, the day after we bought it was a bit of a nightmare. That morning I started the CX-50 and the infotainment system was frozen. Nothing I did could get it to respond. So, I drove to work with no radio.
I called our salesman and told him about the problem. He said he'd look into it. I didn't hear back, so around 10:00 I went out to see if I could trouble-shoot the problem. The car wouldn't start, but all manner of warning messages, lights and bells sounded: "Engine Malfunction," "Air Bag Malfunction," and "Safety Systems Malfunction."
I tried getting in touch with a sales person--any sales person--and no dice. I did speak to a guy in Service who told me to call Mazda Roadside Assistance, which I did. It took over an hour for them to show up and all he did was check the battery, which only produced 3 volts (nearly dead). Great! Brand new car!
By this time it was approaching the end of my work day (4:00 P.M.) and I was 56 miles from home. So, I got on the Auffenberg chat and after 25 minutes got nowhere. Two different people told me they were sending the problem to the team who would reach out to me shortly. That never happened.
My last entry to the chat was that I wanted to speak with a manager now.
Lo' and behold the General Manager called me and said he would send a new battery, but I had to call Roadside Assistance to install it. That took another 90 minutes and it was 6:20 P.M. by the time I left work.
The car started but the warning messages were still on. I was told that they would go out. After about 20 miles they did not, so I pulled over, shut the engine off and waited a few minutes. Then they went out.
Not sure how a new car could have a dead battery, but I got a brand new one and all is well. It was driven up from a dealership in Cape Girardeau, so perhaps they had it on the lot with doors open and the radio blaring for hours. In any event, it should have been inspected prior to selling it.
Because of this horrible start to owning this Mazda (which is the fourth Mazda I've owned), I thought about giving a 1-star rating, but we do like the vehicle and, as I said the buying part was painless.
