Let's Start off by saying if I could rate this place zero I would.I purchased a 2021 Ford Mustang from them that was billed as a one owner car with low mileage. Well that one Owner was Enterprise, this car was a rental. Immediately I had reservations but the salesman Jayce insured me that the car had been looked over, I drove the car on the test drive and noticed it had a bit of a vibration. This was explained away by Jayce as "I'm sure it's just because it's been sitting a long time"Drive the car off the lot and at the very first stoplight *Shudder* the whole car, like it was going to die. Green light, I press the gas pedal and we're off, one hard shift after another. WTF. Drove a little more hoping this would go away, it didn't. Had to be somewhere that night about 30 minutes away, so took the car hoping that the sales guy was right about the car sitting, he wasn't. My first experience on the highway with this car was awful, it would take it forever to shift keeping the RPMS, between 5 and 7 thousand before actually shifting.Ok, Called Them the next day, Jayce is busy. Went to the carwash saw guys in Auffenberg Shirts and asked them. They were helpful enough, told me to get ahold of Jayce and get a service apt made. Someone else called me and asked if I got ahold of Jayce and I informed them that I had not, then Jayce finally called me. Got an apt set up, and no service loaner was available. We are now 3 weeks into this, while the whole time the car is getting worse. Jayce makes a new apt. for a week later and I get into loaner, they send me a video of my car having no transmission fluid. NONE. The fix they came up with for all the hard shifts, not shifting, and shuddering was just putting transmission fluid in it.Got the car back skeptical as ever because I didn't think that refilling the transmission fluid was going to fix anything since it had seen 1200+ miles without anyAnyways, test drove the car again made my concerns clear that the car was still shifting poorly, I was basically asked to give it a shot by driving the car more...Grudgingly I accepted this and did just that, well, It didn't get better in fact, it got worse, a lot worse. To the point where I would try to pass people on the highway and the car would outright refuse to shift, RPMS would Spike to redline but not shift up or down. I called them first thing Monday telling them after work I was bringing the car back in. BUT WAIT there's more, I got my car back on a Friday and didn't drive it over the weekend, then Monday on my way to the dealership from work, the car was outright refusing to shift into any gear that would let me get past 65 mph, while holding 5k RPM doing it. Then this car gets beside me and starts flagging me down yelling smoke and fire and flailing his arms at me, look in the review and a thick trail of white smoke is pouring out of the car. I pulled over, and the whole car was swallowed by white smoke. I get out to check for fire and there's not fire but there is a lot a transmission fluid leaking. I am a mile from the dealer so I take it in.It has now been since October 23'rd this time since I have had my car, I am thinking great they are going to replace the transmission. Nope. They claim the problem is a bad motor mount and bad transmission mount and that they "Replaced the leaking transmission pan" and sales is covering the mounts, because they aren't covered on warranty. Well Jesus I would hope so since I was sold a car that doesn't work.I know for a 100% fact that how this solid toothed transmission is mounted to the engine will have ZERO effect on internal performance.The consensus from this dealership is "Well it's not throwing codes" Well it didn't throw codes when it was blowing thick clouds of smoke and not shifting either, or when I fill it up and it tries to die...This has been by far the worst car buying experience of my entire 37 rotations around the sun. Terrible customer service. Not even wasting any more time on them writing how bad they are. I own 12 businesses and pray my teams are never this bad. My wife is buying a new car and they lost a sale over how they are handling my situation.Update: on top of the customer service they have had my car on site for 32 days doing a "warranty repair". 32 days!

My Ford CMax needed a hybrid battery. I took it to Auffenberg Ford North,Inc.The whole experience was good one.Very nice employees and the work was done well and in good time.If ever I need more work done,I will go back to Auffenberg Ford North.

Even though I did not purchase a vehicle today, I want to thank Darryl Brown for his non-pushy, non-rushed, yet very helpful and informative sales style. The vehicle I was looking for was not available at the location, but Darryl asked several questions and was quick to understand the features I was looking for and was able to find a very comparable vehicle for me to test dive with low pressure to buy. Thank you for a good vehicle search experience.

I set up an appointment to look for my son’s first car. My salesman Matthew was amazing and very patient. He showed us cars at Auffenberg Nissan to look at comparable vehicles. After purchasing the car we had a small issue with it the next day and he had us bring it in right away to get it taken care of! The customer service after the sale was impeccable! If you’re looking for a new vehicle, go by and see Matthew.

Excellent Service! I was a military member visiting Scott AFB when I started to experience issues with my truck. I called Auffenberg Ford and explained the issues. They had me drop off my truck and identified the problem. After they found the issue they let me know the parts would not be in for a week which was beyond the time I had in the local area. They let me know the issue would not damage my vehicle if I drove back home to my local dealership. They worked with my local dealer to order the required parts and set up a time to have my vehicle serviced. They did all of this without charging me anything. I returned to my local dealer who fixed the issue.Auffenberg Ford went out of there way to help me without charging me for these services. I appreciate them and the team

No stars! Horrible service all the way around. Must be nice to be in a position to select which work your willing to do. Service technician was rude and wouldn't work with us and ended up breaking our business truck more. When I approached the manager, he was defensive and didn't provide any followup or path for correction. I emailed him as he asked so that he would follow up, but that never happened either. This is the second time I have gone to Auffenberg Ford and the experience with sales and service is absolutely horrible. I recommend going literally anywhere else for you business.

Tom is Sales was extremely helpful with a question I had. I made it clear that I wasn't exactly a customer of theirs, but I was treated with the same respect and care as if I were. I would purchase from this dealership with confidence after this short experience.

We discussed what we needed in a new vehicle and Andrew on the Sales Team recommended the perfect vehicle! He guided us through the purchase process. The Finance Department explained every detail and we picked up our new vehicle the following day.Outstanding experience!

Purchased a truck from them in November 2022. The day of purchase I was in their office for over 8 hours due to the slow service time to buy a vehicle and saw many people leave for that reason and should’ve left as well. Upon purchasing this truck I was guaranteed a new key fob that would be paid for by Auffenberg. I live about 2 hours away and the agreement was I could get a key fob from another dealer and would get reimbursed for the cost. It is now July 2023 and I have called 10+ times, even talked to people and left voicemails yet haven’t heard back. Due to the slow times, bad communication and service after purchasing the vehicle, I don’t recommend Auffenberg Ford.

Updated service department is using high technology using tablets to take inspection videos and pictures showing hands on whats going on with your car. Plus they have a platform that you drive over that scans your car shows you hands on how far technology has come. parts department has fully upgraded and fully trained professionals now.sales making strides to get you the best deal with fully custom rides. Ford north is were its at....

Great experience buying a car. When I walked in I told them I was only looking and not looking to buy straight away and was never pressured to. Cody and Rafael were very helpful throughout the process. At no point was I ever pressured into buying any packages, addons, or warranties, only simply offered. I requested to keep the old tires when they went to put new ones on, still waiting to hear back about the old tires but overall a very good experience.

Our sales person Jordan was wonderful period what I didn't appreciate. Was the finance manager leaving right at the time? We were supposed to meet with him period we had to travel to a different office to finish our loan and didn't get home to almost 8 PM.

i wanted to come on here and share my experience with Auffenberg in O’Fallon!! Phill and Luis are extremely kind hard working men who really care! i went to look for a car about 2 weeks ago and Phill greeted me and my mom at the door and immediately started to help us! One of the first things Phill told us that i will never forget is “even if i can’t get you in a car today my main focus is building relationships with people who come in so if they don’t get into a car the day they come in they will come back” and i will tell you all he stuck to his word!! i wasn’t able to get a car that day but in just the few hours we were there he showed me that there truly are amazing people still out there!! and i went back a couple of days ago and asked for him and he was able to get me into a car he was also extremely informative and kept me well educated! and him and luis had a bunch of surprises at the end of it all! i truly am glad that he was the one who greeted us the first time any time a friend or family member of mine need a new car i will definitely be recommending him he is extremely patient and kind!! and for luis he came to me and had the biggest smile on his face each time he came back his smile got bigger!! he stayed after his shift ended just so he could get me into a car!! i truly appreciate both of these men and i wanted to put out there that if you ever need a car i HIGHLY recommend you ask for them!!! let them know i sent you!! i truly hope and pray those two get the raises they deserve
