Called spoke to a lady amd.gave my informstion and she said someone would call. No one did and when I called said no record of me! That guy took record again and I kept calling for.my status. Was told 6, 2 and then 0 and mine was going into the bay and that I would be called. No one did! I called and and was then told 2 in front of me so how did we go from 0 going into the bay to 2 in front of me?! They also did not offer me a courtesy lift to the rental which was only 3 miles away! If I could give 0
? I would!

Great front desk service, and technical feedback and status on our vehicle. The service time did take a while due to assessing the vehicle's issues, but when narrowed down, they were prompt with the repair

Today’s visit went very well. Parts are ordered so we’ll advise when the repairs are completed. Ashley is always kind and professional!
Unfortunately this was not a good experience! I had an 11:00 appointment on 11/27/23 that I waited 6 weeks for. I did not leave the dealership until after 4 pm. My issues were the USB port in the console and a wheel alignment. Neither issue was resolved and my attempts to contact the service department have been unsuccessful so far; I’ve called twice and left messages with no response as of 11/30/23. My comments are not a reflection of the check-in personnel (Ashley); she was great!
12/16/2023 — Mike, you called me on 12/8/2023 to discuss the situation based upon this post and your remedy was to pick up my vehicle on 12/11/2023 to look further into the problems. I haven’t seen nor heard from you or anyone else!

Vehicle left the service department $600 later without identifying a fix. They asked for and upfront payment of $1850 to further diagnose the issue. Sounds like a stealership if I ever heard of one.

Fantasy experience over ask. I believe the young man who helped me make was Nate? For being new to the job he was helpful, attentive and accommodating. I ended I getting my dream jeep.

I gave them five stars because, I walked in without an appointment with a car that would not start. Ashley, the service writer. She wrote a service ticket to repair the charging system. I also asked for an LOF rotate the tires. Called me and told me I needed rear brake pads. I left the car overnight, Ashley texted me with the estimate amount. I told her to fix the car. She texted me the car was done. I was thrilled the car finished before noon and to thinkI was just a walk in without an appointment. I will definitely go back to Auffenberg Chrysler.

I must say that I am deeply disappointed with the service you provided (NOT). I dropped my vehicle off early in the morning thinking that it would be serviced early in the morning, but when I stopped by around the 3 o'clock in the afternoon I was told that my car wouldn't be ready for another couple of hours because you had a number of people brought their car later but were waiting in your waiting room to be taken care off. So I wasn't provided fast and quality service because I dropped it of instead waiting for it to be finished. Needless to say I picked up my Jeep and took it to Dobbs where it was taken care off quickly. And if you check your service log on my vehicle you will see that this wasn't the first time either

I take my Wrangler 4XE and my Trackhawk here for all my service work and am always in and out quickly and I love the walk around video I get of my vehicle from the tech. Great local dealer

Typically service has been great. My last two times coming in was not great. First time I was told my air and cabin filter needed changed. Next time they both passed and I never got time to change them. This time I stopped by to grab the keys and pick up vehicle later. Come to find out I was given the key to someone else’s vehicle. I will be back because I bought the service package, hopefully it gets better..

Horrible customer service! They’ve had my vehicle for over a week & there’s is still no ETA given on when parts will be arriving to have my vehicle fixed so I am left stranded with no vehicle due to this company stating they do not provide loaner vehicles while servicing my vehicle although a previous representative stated they do in fact have loaner vehicles they just happened to give out the last one AFTER my car was already in their possession!!

I needed an oil change for our minivan. I set up the appointment on the Auffenberg website easy-peasy. We dropped off the vehicle the night before with their drop-off box, and let the service department take it from there. I received notification of the inspection and recommended repairs, made my input, and then was contacted by the Service agent--Brock--that the vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up! We picked up the vehicle a couple of hours later after paying for the service, and were on our way! Since we have taken our vehicle to Auffenberg in the past, the service record had everything documented and I didn't have to pay for service that was not needed at the time! Excellent customer care!
