Ray was beyond awesome. I've worked for years dealing with customers first hand as a service tech, he handled everything with the kind of service that I always strive to provide my customers. He went above and beyond, he gave tips for things, helped guide my truck to line up with the storage to make my load in easier, handled all issues that were going on when I got there with the kind of knowledge and customer service people hope for. Never said anything he wasn't sure of just to get people to feel at ease. Honest, knowledgeable, kind and considerate.
As far as the complex, seemed very clean, unit was nice and well taken care of. The only downside I saw was that the road could use some attention. That's the biggest downside I have seen so far. I have absolutely no complaints at all. I wish more companies were like this and I wish they hired more people like Ray.

So far my experience has been awesome! Ray is exceptional at his job! Very professional, friendly, super helpful, and really helped me get situated. I’ve moved quite a bit being in the military so using storage units is not an unfamiliar thing- Ray, by far, has made this effortless and I will definitely be sharing this with others needing storage. I cannot say it enough…5+ STARS!! Thanks Ray!

I recently used this storage facility and was thoroughly impressed. A big thank you to Ray for bringing us waters and making our unpacking process smooth. The units were clean and spacious, and provided enough room to maneuver our 2, 26 ft Penske trucks. Highly recommended!

The initial meeting with the employee was wonderful. He was so helpful and professional in his explanations of the workings of the gate and everything. He and I had a pleasant conversation while I was waiting for the paperwork to be reviewed. I know I will enjoy having access to the property and helpfulness of the staff.

While the customer service Ray provided was great, we were surprised that the ‘internet deal’ wasn’t such a deal after all. It leads you to believe that all you’ll be paying is $45 instead of the original 60+ dollars - but after paying the $20 admin fee they don’t tell you about over the phone … it’s not a deal at all. You’re literally paying the full price. So if you see this deal, make sure you have at least an extra $30 to spare.
Thank you for your response, but you also forgot to mention what you just said here in your response. Maybe you should tell people that over the phone, because you didn’t tell us.

The A storage inn O'Fallon, Illinois. After placing my belongings there in 2020 and moving to Orlando Florida. I must say this is the best place to store you belonging the manager is kind and friendly and is the best in his class and the place is very clean every time I went there and I’ve never had my unite broken into so this why I give this place a ***** star.
