They racist, rude was talking to my daughter crazy the lady didn’t have no patience at all and the other lady did a horrible job on my feet and rushed the whole process and the man didn’t offer us no free complimentary drinks until the white lady came in when they offered her some and I looked at the man he say ohh did yall want anything, this place is horrible to black people don’t spend ya money here

Terrible service and overall rude. My mother and I went in to get our nails done for our vacation. We walk in not causing a scene at all and were refused service. The lady in the back was even getting lippy with my mother when she was trying to understand why they refused us. Never again!

If I could give them 0 zeros, i would. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. They rush your service and care less about the quality and satisfaction of the customer. You will be disappointed.

I usually go in and love the experience. I usually get scheduled with Jane and love my nails every time. They even last up to 3 weeks!! Unfortunately I went up there about 2 weeks ago and got my nails done by one of the males that works there (didn’t catch his name) and my nails have came off in a little over a week. I’m very disappointed because I love this salon and recommend it to all of my friends because of the quality of sets that they put on.

NOT happy at all with the prices we were told! They charge $15 for Gel nail services for children on top of the Gel nail service for kids ($35 with no gel nails added; just the gel light). And $35 for kids pedicure. This is entirely too many and will not be going back as their as MUCH CHEAPER mail shops right down the street. I appreciate the work you all did but I believe 5yr old services shouldn’t cost the same price as an adult.
Also none of the thong sandals were given to us and and another lady in the shop who walked across the floor barefoot just to get to a seat to get her nails done.
Hope God blesses y’all with some common knowledge and compassion.

I go to this place all the time. ALL THE TIME. ALWAYS RECOMMENDING TO EVERYONE I KNOW. I went in yesterday, July 29th, at 12:02 pm and got a full set on my toes.I PAID $85 for the pinky toe nail to be gone less than 2 hours later. When I tried to call them and tell them they told me to hold on and then hung up on me. LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS.? I feel that they should be the ones to fix it considering I didn't do anything to cause it to fall off, and it was gone in less than 2 hours of me leaving the salon. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. $85 is not something I want to pay, for it to fall off in less than 2 hours.

the guy that sit in the far corner to the right was awful! I never in my life had such a bad experience with someone doing my nails they look awful. I really should’ve stopped him and just left because he had no intention on doing a good job he was paining them sloppy slapping on the acrylic didn’t shape them right at all! he also didn’t even listen when i told him i would like them shorter.

I left the nail shop and didn’t realize until I got home that my pinky toe was not done. Despite being upset, I came back and allowed my daughter to get her toes done while they fixed my nail. Less that a week after getting my nails done, the nail they replaced on my fill-in broke and the person who did it denied doing it. I don’t mind paying to fix it, but the accountability as a shop is just not there. I really should’ve paid attention to the other 2 ladies who came in while I was getting my nails done that came in to get their nails fixed because they had broke it. Definitely taking my business else where next time.

When I got there I asked for one of their spa pedicures which cost $50. Once I was in the chair I told the lady that I needed my cuticles cut the sides of my big toes cleaned out and don't forget to get the calluses in certain areas. Next thing I know she's scrubbing 1 side of my leg raw turning around talking to everybody's she works with looking at pictures paying absolutely 0 attention to what the h*** she was doing. Then she didn't even bother to exfoliate my feet with that she barely got the cuticles at all She did a horrible job trying to get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet because she wasn't paying any attention she just kept chatting. I would never recommend this place worse place I've ever And they want to charge $50 for a spa pedicure and they basically did worse than a standard pedicure I would not suggest going here

Rude customer service when people are paying to keep them open. Establishment needs customer & culture training. It is rude & disrespectful to talk about customers who patronize your establishment especially when they are aware of language even though it's not in English!??Services: Gel manicures

I've been going here for 6 months as my first few visits were terrific. However, the visits in the last month or so have been terrible. Today was the last straw. I needed my toenail polish removed for surgery in 2 days. I waited for over 30 minutes with nobody else in line. Finally went in and the lady tried to get my to choose a color even though I'd stated no polish. She flew her way through my pedicure. It was terrible. No time taken. She cut too deep on my big toes. Didn't talk to me. Made me feel as if I shouldn't have come in. Rang me up at the end and tacked on a couple of dollars because a few of my toes had old gel which took her no time to remove. Don't go!!

It's OK. I like more foot massage with a pedicure. This was not much of anything. Regular nail polish selection was horrible. That's the reason I won't come back. I'm not paying an additional $15 for gel on my toes. They didn't put a base coat on either. I prefer a base. Coat especially with darker colors.
