Trisha was very helpful and answered my questions very professionally.Additionally when I asked her when Hicks Gas would have a way to pay my bill electronically, she directed me to the Hicks Gas website where I set up an account.Hallelujah, it worked wonderfully. When I suggested that Hicks Gas put flyers in their regular snail mail bills announcing the ability to pay electronically- Trisha took note.Hopefully we will soon see these flyers in our physical bills announcing the capability with a short tutorial on how to set up your account.I also suggested that this would ensure people pay their bills more promptly.Great job Trisha and thank you very much.Sincerely,Dan S

I recently called Hicks gas for a repair on our gas line. Tom and Hunter came out and fixed the issue very fast. They both had great customer service and they were very friendly and professional.
