My mother passed away 12 years ago and my favorite food was always her homemade noodles. I can't believe how Oakland Noodles are almost identical to the ones she made from scratch. Definitely my new favorite comfort food!

I order a case of these each from a restaurant supply. Keep one bag out to use & freeze the rest till I need them. No worries about bugs getting in them, but I do this with most anything I buy in bulk. Also have plenty on hand if someone says bring your home-made noodles.

I had my son pick me up some as they dont sell them in Texas. I got them at Thanksgiving. I tried to make them today and the bag was infested with mealybugs. Did I wait too long to use them?
