“What a great experience despite the fact that, unfortunately, I cannot remember the ladies' names! My necklace chain had two nearly impossible knots to untangle and even though it took a solid 20 minutes, they successfully untangled them! Initially, they said they may need to send it to the jeweler and would need to quote us, but that ended up not being necessary and the untangling was done for free! We also looked for a new chain and received guidance for which one to choose. My fiancé and I sincerely appreciated their patience when we said we would need time to consider – no pushing at all! Worth mentioning: this store always has impressive deals and sales happening. Thank you!!”

“First time visiting the store to check if they were able to fix my ring. It was bent a bit and not as circular. Was greeted by an elderly name(sorry, did not get his name), he was so nice and knowledgeable about the ring and what causes it to bend. He was able to fix my ring within a few minutes and showed me around the shop. Will definitely be visiting again for a purchase!”

I have brought in several different watches of different brands for repairs and battery replacement and all have been expertly repaired at a very reasonable price. You are advised of the cost and your approval is necessary before ANY service is provided. I have recommended The Time Center to several friends and family members. I don't like to have to take off my jewelry...including when I'm showering or in the pool (except for my DY watch). The cloths r wonderful, but if ur into DY, u have to get the cleaner too. It's AMAZING! I bought a pair of black onyx earrings in Cayman Island. I went to put them on and I dropped the backing. I have 2 small ?, so of course they were curious and one of them ate it. I have a couple DY earrings, but the backings were not the same. I called the DY Boutique in Oakbrook and spoke to Samantha. “I came in to have a vintage time piece corrected as it was running 20 seconds slow per day. I was helped with both incredible service and help. For the adjustment, I was told the cost was free as it was a quick adjustment. I was then helped with the fitting of a new strap.
