Rich and his team worked very hard to make sure that everything went smoothly. They were very good at letting me know what was complete, in process, and what to expect next. Rich was always willing to follow up with a phone call if I had questions. Our closing was on time and problem free.

First time homebuyer - Rich met me where I was in terms of my understanding of mortgages and strategies for getting me the best loan at the best price and the nuances associated with each. He was incredibly diligent in follow up in where we were in the lending process and more responsive to my texts/emails than anyone I know. My real estate broker recommended Rich as I was searching for a new condo after a divorce. At a tough time of my life, Rich was so supportive. He spent a lot of individual time on the phone with me and my parents, walking us through the process, alleviating my fears, and making recommendations. No question was too silly or small for him, and where other, bigger lenders wouldn't pick up the phone until I filled out an application, Rich really dedicated his time to building a relationship.
Rich is really a hands on kind of person, and I can't recommend him enough.
