I have no words for the watch repair guy. I needed to get my watch battery changed, and I didn’t know about this shop; I just saw it randomly and stopped by.
Everyone was very nice and professional and changed the battery at reasonable prices. When I talked to them, I found out that it’s a family-owned small business. I am writing this comment so that this place becomes popular and gets community support because they deserve it.

I found them by mistake but what a gold mine, they not only do a great job repairing your jewelry but by far the best price in town. I've been to other places but now this is the only place I trust with my jewelry and the merchandise they have is priced much more than reasonable you can't beat this place I highly recommend you won't be sorry.

The service is excellent.I come from Chicago because his review is very high and his job is outstanding . I had a gold chain broke and Orlando left it very well and he guarantees his job . I had an wonderful experience visiting Orlando's Jewelry Shop. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm hello and a welcoming atmosphere. I brought in a few different watches ranging from Tag Heuer, Movado, Hamilton etc, and they were able to replace the batteries on them within 10 minutes. Their prices are extremely fair considering what you might pay at retail. The owner's are very kind, and they went above and beyond by cleaning my necklace as a complimentary gesture of appreciation. I could tell that he takes pride in his craft, and so I highly recommend Orlando's!

I dropped off by broken Stirling silver chain and within two hours they had it repaired and we’re very kind and professional through the whole process. I recommend jewelry cleaning and repair through this business.

Late on this, but went to see Orlando for a Engagement Ring resizing, and as long as his doors are open, we will be seeing him for all our jewelry needs.
He makes you feel like family and has a passion for this craft which he has been practicing for over 20 years, that shows in his work.

I've come here twice now and I've had nothing but excellent service both times. The staff is so warm, knowledgable, and supportive. I came for getting my watch bracelet adjusted and to fix a watch and I'll definitely be coming back again!

Orlando does great work and takes the time to explain any maintenance needed fully. He took care of us after the store closed and made us feel extremely welcome. Very honest man and unbeatable prices.
