Went there to fax some important documents, all the machines were in use for over 15 minutes, because they were having problems. Then when I went to use them, it charges you up front. Then, doesn’t even go thru on the other end. Also, the lady working there at the time didn’t know what to do neither. Complete waste of time in this store every time!

Terrible customer service, the General Manager, a female with light brown hair & glasses. Had an attitude, was extremely rude. I came in to make copies then scan/ fax some documents. I asked her for help, she was very rude and basically gave me a card to follow instructions. Walked away only to chit chat with an employee and just stood there doing absolutely nothing. I asked her if she was the Manager and she responded she was the Gm. I let her know her customer service skills were very basic and horrible as she rolled her eyes but kept quiet. Corporate needs to change this, look at reviews about her, too many complaints. You lost my business, the Downers Grove location has exceptional customer service.

What an awesome employee you have at ther Villa Park store! Excellent customer service skills!! He was genuinely pleasant and went out of the way to be extremely helpful. He should be training all of your employees as this level of customer service is in short supply these days.

Have done business with OfficeMax / Office Depot for a couple of decades. There printing service is extremely helpful to a business owner - I am always amazed at the diversity of print options and the speed / quality / price they can deliver. We have bought at least four laptops from this location and at least four printer/scanner/fax units over the last 8 years for three different business. Always very happy with the customer service!
