The service I received at Merry Richard's was exceptional. I specifically worked with Renee. She made a tough, undesirable situation easy and very enjoyable. Her expertise and love for jewelry was very easy to notice. As someone with little knowledge with jewelry, she treated me with the utmost respect and kindness and guided me through choosing the correct jewelery pieces for me. Would definitely recommend and buy all my jewelry here in future!

I entered the business with the intent of purchasing an expensive watch. The proprietor and the assistant were rather arrogant. They treated me as if I were a pauper. Shame on them!

Merry Richards Jewelers provided fantastic experience with my engagement and wedding ring shopping. I was referred to Merry Richards by a friend who is a long-time customer. I was a bit nervous about the purchase as I don't normally buy expensive jewelry but they provided amazing service and great pricing for high quality diamonds and custom rings. It was very nice to be able to see the sample rings/diamonds as we designed a custom ring; my fiancé had a vision in mind when we first arrived and changed it a bit after seeing things in person. Everything went smoothly and the custom ring looks incredible. Highly recommend!

Have been here before and had a great experience from one of the employees. Came again and dealt with arguably the most pretentious individual i have ever encountered. Loud and blatantly disrespectful, condescending, just an overall embarrassment. Not coming back.

After trying to find my dream ring at 6 other jewelry stores that carried Tacori brand and being very disappointed, we tried one more store on our list - Merry Richards in Oak Broom Terrace - and it was a winner! Renee was extremely helpful and professional and worked with Tacori to get my absolute perfect engagement ring, complete with the center stone! We could not be more pleased with our experience and my amazing ring!
