I like this service because the various ones are very accessible, if you forget to take out the trash, they call me and wait until I take out the bin or they leave and come back later to pick up the trash, they are the best

Lazy drivers, they should take the garbage 3 times a week and they just take once a week.!! Where is the zero star bottom.?? ?

My garbage cans were stolen over a month ago and I have yet to receive new ones. Issues do not get resolved because there’s a lack of communication through out the company and with the customer. No one wants to help when you call and they say they’ll call you back and never do. Very poor customer service overall.
