Lobby area and elevators were absolutely filthy. Pool looks much nicer in pictures than in person- very cloudy and likely overboard with chlorine. Rooms were more clean than the lobby area, but still had stains on pillow cases and comforter. Do not recommend.

This place is an absolute joke. I called to confirm I would be able to get free breakfast as a welcome amenity with our Diamond Elite status. Mr Malik answered the phone and was absolutely clueless. He told me his system was updating so he would need a minute. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone listening to him laugh and joke with his call room people and every time I asked if it was done updating he would tell me no. Then he would go back to giggling with everyone else. This honestly felt like some sort of joke as I’ve never had a phone call like this with an IHG property. I canceled my reservation and booked somewhere else.

This is the worst DONT STAY THERE got move 3 times first room smell old and looked dirty 2 room toilet was broke SMH 3 room was decent didn't even say hey sorry for inconvenience DONT STAY

A great spot! Service on the phone and in person was a little difficult and slow but it didn't effect the stay.
Elevator was a little wonky, but fine.

Love the location, area, etc. Hotel lobby is beautiful...room was nice, very clean with a view of Costco. Elevators could use some work. They're very scary sounding and slow. The staff...ehhh well, not the friendliest. And I'm still waiting for my $50.00 security deposit to return on my debit card, which they said at check-in would take 3-7 business days. Well here it is day 12 and no security deposit is in my account. I called the hotel and was told it will actually take 14 business days. I called IHG to confirm and was told that because this hotel is franchise owned, they have their own policy about the deposit return so there is really nothing the corporate office can do but alert the hotel management to return the funds. ?

My family and i stayed at this hotel for 4 days while visiting from Toronto. The check in process was very quick and friendly. We stayed on the 5th floor ans our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a restaurant/bar attached to the main lobby but we never had any issues with noise like ive seen in previous reviews - could be because we were on the 5th floor. The location was great, right across from a costco and between two plazas with decent food/snack options.. the mall is 3 minutes away and theres also a gas station close by. Its great how its not too far to get to downtown as well.. about 30 min drive.
The pool was also decent, a bit small but the area was clean and there were plenty of pool towels available for use.
The only con is the safe in our room was not working and when maintenance came by they said the only solution would be to replace it completely which we didnt want to have to deal with.
Otherwise, we had a greay stay!!

So starting of I slept on the floor with a blanket cause of how nasty their beds are and when I asked the front desk for a blanket they gave me one with a bunch of black stains and it was not peaceful the other bed in my room had blood stains on it.At most days at night going until 2am is a party/club under us with a whole lot of music which was banging on my room . Overall this stay was not peaceful and was really awful do not stay here!!!

Still waiting to get my security deposit returned to my card 7 days later. Front desk said 3-7 days. I called and now they said it could take up to 14 days to get my money back. Please fix this or try to give more accurate information.

This room is exceedingly filthy. As someone who frequently stays in hotels for work, I must say this establishment is by far the worst I've encountered. Despite its prime location, the hotel is marred by poor service and an appalling lack of cleanliness. The fact that guests are allowed to party into the early hours of the morning is outrageous. We discovered bed bugs and found the room so dirty that previous guests' belongings, including shoes, were left behind. I strongly advise against staying here. The conditions are absolutely disgusting, and I will be reporting this hotel to the Department of Health first thing in the morning. This action is long overdue.

This was my first time staying here and it was worth it. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was freshly remodeled. The location is excellent with many food options near by.

I'm a IHG Diamond Elite member. Meaning I've stayed in a hotel more than 70 nights in the last year. I just stayed here for 10 nights and checked out yesterday. I was in from out of state for work. I arrived 2 hours before check in and fortunately was able to immediately get into my room. I requested a room away from the ballroom and away from any noise. I think I scored the best room in the entire hotel. It was on the 7th (top) floor. Room 710. I faced the street but being so high up I had a great view with an amazing sunset and limited street noise. The room was also MASSIVE. Looking at it from outside in the hallway it's an odd set up. There are 3 doors literally on top of each other. 710 being the back corner with 2 doors right next to mine inches apart. You opened the door and had a HUGE wide hallway. The room was essentially a large L shape. That wide hallway then turned and opened up into a very large room with a king size bed, corner lounge chair & large light. There was a small movable desk on wheels. I easily moved the desk over to the window & then removed the coffee pot from a small side table. I used that side table (the same height as the desk) as additional desk space. I also moved the lounge chair for additional desk light. It was the absolute perfect work spot. Chair. Space. Light. Great view. And because of that large corner that opened up - I heard nothing. I didn't hear anything below. Nothing next door. I have no clue if there was even anyone in that room. The elevator was fine. Often it immediately opened. I rarely rode the elevator with anyone even tho the hotel seemed to be at capacity. Staff was THE BEST! Incredibly polite at check in. I lost my room key a few times and still staff remained incredibly polite. I also had several Amazon packages delivered that they kept safe. The hotel went thru a renovation. And while the popcorn was still on the walls, it was fresh paint, new carpet, very bright halls, new fixtures, a VERY comphy bed, fresh sheets and a perfect room. I greatly appreciate the kindness and hospitality after having an incredibly stressful work trip. Many thanks!
