“I came in to look around one day because it's just fun to visit different Hi-Fi stores every once in a while. I was promptly greeted by staff and they were eager to make sure I was comfortable and were gladly willing to answer any questions I had. It is a very cool place to go and hang out and talk with people and learn. The owner Mike introduced himself and was glad to speak with me about various equipment/setup scenarios. I did not end up buying anything the first time I was there, but my impressions were so good that when it came time to finally buy myself a Node, it wasn't even a question to me that I would buy from them! So I want in and again was promptly greeted and at ease to walk around. Chris had helped answer in detail some questions I had and he gave me more and more knowledge than I had intended for going in, which was great! Chris was the one to help me out finish buying it and I can't say enough great things about what I learned from him!
Holm audio has become the place I go when I want a particular question answered in person rather than going online. I will gladly be using Holm for future purchases and audiophile relationship building!

“As a family, we’ve purchased two washing machines, one dryer, two refrigerators and a freezer from here over the last 12 years or so. The newest washing machine happened just four days ago, a nice LG model that came highly rated and minus one small dent in the back, looks and works perfectly as of now. We saved somewhere around $350 off the lowest “new” price in other places and $125 off the lowest sale price I saw over the last 6 months. Our oldest purchase is the dryer that we have now had for that 12 year period. Granted, we take very good care of it due to lessons learned in proper maintenance but it’s still working very well with no complaints. If you don’t mind the small cosmetic issues, I would recommend checking them out. They close at 6pm most days so just plan accordingly.”
“I love shopping at this Target store. I like the layout of everything department compared to other Target stores I've been to. This store also has a bigger grocery department than other Target stores nearby. I've bought most of my daughter's custom birthday cakes from here. Completing complicated returns was done with respect to the customer. Couple of days ago I was buying a few household items that had 2 separate deals, somehow while adding & re-adding items I had forgotten to add one of the deals back. I called the store, verified that they would still honor the deal & went to the store to get the giftvard for the deal. I was able to the gift card after the sales rep verified my receipt with no issues.”
“I visited T-Mobile's store in Countryside, IL with my Samsung Galaxy 813. I had unknowingly changed my PIN, and was locked out of my phone. There was no way to unlock it, so I had to purchase a new Galaxy 816. My sales representative, Mercedes, was very patient and helpful, as she took me through the process of purchasing and activating my new phone. “I would normally never review a gas station but I just want to say that the staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful! They've blown me away on several occasions! Once a man from behind the counter helped me carry my coffee all the way to my car when I had my baby carrier with me. Several times I've come at 2am for coffee after a long shift and they've always happily offered to brew fresh coffee for me. Just very impressive for a gas station! :) thank you for making my nights happier!”
