“Store 0428 in Elmhurst has friendly and helpful staff. The store carried big and tall men's clothing which I was unable to find at other big box stores, they only went up to 2x and didn't have tall clothing. I also like the one level building that made it easy to navigate for a Handycap person. The cashier Sarah was very diligent and noticed I didn't get all the discounts I was due and called a manager to adjust my bill, it was very appreciated being a senior on a fixed budget.”

“Large selection of items from swim wear to active gear. I usually come here to find some sweaters, hoodies, and light jackets. They also have shoes, and a bunch of other misc items such as pets items (shampoo, toys, treats, leashes ect), candles, snacks, and more. Honestly reminds me of TJ Maxx in a way! I found some of my favorite brand candles here for $8! I usually get Sand and FogPrices are crazy. Can't beat em. I recently purchased some Sherpa items such as a loungey top, and 2 light button up sherpa sweaters. You can find clothing items as low as $10, maybe even less depending on the sale. On average, the items I buy are about $20 a piece. You can get a pretty decent haul here.Here I have a recently purchased purple sherpa loungey top with bell sleeves for $10! So perfect for comfy chilling around the house!”

“As a church administrator for a UMC, I ordered the highway signs and Joseph Scardina, the General Manager was INCREDIBLE! He sent me a draft copy for verification and he sent follow up e-mails. I placed a second order for additional signs and no only did he remember me he was extremely friendly, professional and he got our order to us well before Easter.I just had a minor emergency with palms for Palm Sunday. I placed an order with another company with a zero inventory and we do not have a need for palms after Palm Sunday. I immediately cancelled the order within 2 minutes of the order going through. I then called Joseph and again he rescued me. I have an order of palms coming. God bless Joseph and all the incredible staff at Church Supply Warehouse! I thoroughly recommend them and will go to them for future needs.”
“Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff.”

“I just want to say that I’ve never had such a wonderful customer experience in my life until I came across Mary. My family and I shop occasionally here and Mary is someone who is bringing us back to shop more. Not only did she have such delightful conversations with us accompanied by such wonderful joy, she gave us insights on our purchase and our experience that have inspired us to keep coming more frequently. “I don't think I have to say this, but this place is expensive! There are $200 running shoes where you can go several miles up the street, and the running store has them for only $140! This is also a bougie place (my word of the week, haha). It's a large department store and extremely well lit/bright. For such a large store, there's not many employees. The bathrooms can be hard to find. I recommend it here vs. the food courts6 (yuck). The women's bathroom is on the lower levels, and the men's is on the top floor. The staff I interacted with have been friendly, but I see them get frustrated with some of the clientele. Too bad none of the men's clothes don't fit me. Everything here runs large and boxy. Maybe that's a good thing because it saves me a lot of money, haha.”

“Located in the Chicago Fashion Outlets, this Bloomingdale's Outlet had the best selection of men's higher end designer fashions all together than any other outlet stores around. The items available are from very good brands like Boss and Vince (entire racks of choices) though not the highest end (since the parent department store wouldn't either), with selection larger than what you might see at the parent department store, but of course with everything at least 30% off. We wanted to try this one since many of the brands also has their own outlet store close by in the mall. But unless there is a big sales going on in the brand outlet store (which wasn't the case during Father's Day), this store will have better prices and an almost equal selection. Recommend that if you like a particular brand, check out the selection here before purchasing anything in the brand outlet store.”

The store Needs in store wheel cars for the handicapped ♿️ and an express line for those who can't walk stand for too long. As in another store like Wal-Mart and Sam's would get customers to stay in the store and shop longer therefore making more sales.”

“A deaf staff fulfilling an order cart was willing to stop and help me instead. I had first approach another employee who pointed to where the bottled water was located - "the wall". However, there were only about 6 to 7 items each (drinking and distilled) left and worst yet they were all on the top shelf! So I needed a step stool, but was unable to locate one nearby. Unlucky I saw a staff member with an order cart approaching but when he signed I realized he couldn't understand. I had a facemask on! Knowing he is on a time schedule to fulfill his cart I decided to go back to the first employee who pointed the bottle location. But for some reason he ignored my request, and so I decided to go back to resolve the problem myself. This is when I noticed the deaf employee was still waiting for me. I pointed to where I needed him for help. Being tall he was able to grab 12 bottles (I signed 6 drinking and 6 distilled each), but he had to work hard because the items were all on the far edge. I thanked him several times to show my appreciation. If not for his patience to wait, I might have gotten hurt because I was determined to climb and get my waters. Must be the Holy Spirit nudging him to wait and help an impatient customer!”

“I like coming to this location when they send me coupons. I feel a lot of their stuff is priced the same or more than other retailers even though they distinguish themselves as a discount store. I have gotten the best deals using coupons or shopping after holiday deals. The staff here are usually really nice and things are pretty organized. I do feel their toys are a bit overpriced or low quality so those I tend to avoid buying here, even with coupons.”
