Claudio was a great help to me as a first time homebuyer. I had no clue what to expect, starting with getting pre-qualified. Claudio spent over an hour with me explaining the process of qualification, how home loans work, homeowners insurance, and more. It made me feel very secure and that he knew what he was doing. Once my offer was accepted and it became time to close, we worked closely to get things wrapped up by closing date. We closed on time thanks to the work he and Maria did for me. Was very happy with the ease of this process and I look forward to working together in the future.

My initial decision for a home mortgage was to go with Chase, but after having spoken to Claudio, I was convinced that him and his team at Preferred Rate had our best interest. As first time homeowners, we were cautious, nervous and had so many questions. Claudio and his assistant Maria were always available, prompt, responsive, professional throughout the whole loan process from preapproval to closing. The education on improving credit scores to get better interest rate was invaluable to us. I would highly recommend Claudio and Preferred Rate. You will not be disappointed. They care about their clients and it's evident.
