Bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra from here in March of 2023. I already need a new car. I paid 10000 dollars for the car and within 2 months I had to get my front breaks replaced. Within 6 months my back brakes also needed to be replaced. After 10 months my TRANSMISSION broke down and I had to trade my car in. This was in January. Auto House sold me a faulty car and took the biggest tax refund of my life during a time where I was really struggling. I warn everyone from purchasing a car from them. They really took advantage of me.

I had a good experience with Auto House Oakbrook while searching for a car for my son. There were no high pressure sales tactics and I was able to test drive the car multiple times and have my mechanic inspect it without any issue.
