    We bought in 1994. At first member services was terrible. After a few years, they are the most wonderful. We cant travel a lot but we are always pleased, so are our adult children.

    I just booked another vacation with ARI. Their member services is awesome! We live close to their corporate office so I like to go in and sit down to plan everything and they always accommodate. Our other timeshare in Florida just collects our maintenance fees and tells us to call RCI when we need something. Two thumbs... read full comment
