This hospital truly is one of the worst on the west side. I’ve been there a few times before and the visits were smooth but yesterday I had a hospital visit and got there at 8:38am. I as well as a few who were there BEFORE ME, didn’t get called to the ER until 3pm. I will not be back to west suburban

Me and my friend were in a car accident we both have hella arm pain and we been at this hospital for 10 hours already and no one has taken care of us it really shouldn’t take that long to get seen by a doctor.
