Today at 7:14 I asked if they normally open at 7am at which point I was told they don't open until the morning cashier gets there. God forbid she actually step up and show some leadership skills when someone is late. If I'm wrong and store doesn't open until everyone is accounted for Walgreens should post it so I'm not wasting my time. With management like her I see why this Walgreens has such a low rating.

Orders were not filled when they say they were going to be. You’ll call, they’ll tell you it’ll be ready in a couple hours, you show up, they will be at dinner, you come back and some issue came up they will need you to visit the next day. You’ll visit the next day and they still might not have it ready.
My wife and I have never been able to get a prescription the first time we visit, usually takes 2-3 attempts to get the prescription they told you would be ready when you called on the phone.
That said, the employees have treated me kindly and seem to be trying their best tho the efficiency is dreadful.

I just left Walgreens 5/24/24 and SADE was the rudest employee in retail that I have ever encountered in my whole entire life. If you hate your job, FIND A NEW ONE. She was on the floor huffing and puffing talking on her cordless AirPod headphones bad mouthing my grand mother because she didn’t have her glasses on and couldn’t read the sign that explained there was a meal break from 6:45-7:15pm. I believe she needs an infraction or write-up. So rude and Disrespectful. Leave your personal problems at home.

The pharmacy has no concept of what customer service looks like. I ran 2 mi to get my prescription and the technician at the front told me I had waited too long to pick it up so I was going to have to wait 3 hours to refill. I had never gotten a call that it was ready, nor was I aware of the limit, but that's on me. When I explained that I didn't have a car/means of transportation and asked if they could get it to me any faster, she just told me again that I had waited too long and they were short-staffed. No smile, no I'm sorry, no customer service whatsoever. At least try to pretend you don't hate your job like the rest of us. Staff on duty 5/10 at 4:30 pm.

Would give zero stars if I could. I’ve never been told so many times that I will have a prescription ready only to show up and be told they have no order for me and it will be filled days later. This happens EVERY TIME. Thank goodness my medication isnt for anything life threatening. Not to mention they put any non-Walgreens brand items under lock and key to force you to buy Walgreens products or spend 10 minutes waiting on an associate to care about you.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Prescriptions are NEVER ready and they always saying "your insurance doesn't cover this medication" when in fact it does. They told me two hours for a script to be filled, I went back next day and it was NOT READY!!!

The WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Do NOT trust them here to know what is going on. Ended up spending hours calling between the pharmacy, doctors office, and insurance JUST because of their incompetence. Spent 40+ minutes on hold and I NEVER even got through. Their phone system DOES NOT WORK. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

One star simply for the faces the pharm tech made because I was speaking to her. She wasn’t pleasant at all and I felt like I was a nuisance. Enough so that I don’t want to give this company anymore business. I’m sick of feeling like a jerk because I make you do the job they’re paying you to be there to do. Tattoo on the top of her hand said queen and I’m assuming the “of Karens” part was hidden by her sleeve. Thanks for making me feel like I did something cruel by giving you business
