Pharmacy gave me a really hard time in getting my daughters medication. They lied to me and said my insurance wasn’t valid. Once I made it home, not even 30 mins, the text came through to pick prescription up! If you’re backed up, just say that! They were very inconsiderate when I called. Ridiculous!

Rude cashier today 10/02/23 at 1:30pm she was so mean I told her I was going to use a coupon and she rapidly scanned everything and told me the total when I was about to scan it she said it was too late she already charged regular price and I had to scan it before but she didn’t say that when I told her I was looking for it. If you don’t like to work as customer service then find another job you old lady.

WALGREEN STAFF “LOUIS” provided by far the most atrocious customer service possible. From the moment we entered the store, he adamantly refused to assist us giving us excuses into why he couldn’t help us. We have used this facility and others and have never received such horrible treatment. He made phone calls after phone calls and was INSTRUCTED to help us and he still refused to give us service. We ultimately walked out without being helped.

It used to be a nice location with the best staff of any Walgreens in the area. It used to be that if a bad actor was hired, they wouldn't last at this location. Now, a lot of the staff don't seem like they want to work. A manager included. The line will be long, and people will pretend to be doing something else while talking or drinking soda until someone complains.There are a couple of nice and helpful people there, but it's hit or miss now. I shopped at this location nearly all my life, and now avoid it.

The store and it’s employees are nice. The Pharmacy is what I have issues with. The waits are long at the drive thru. The pharmacy staff is discourteous and don’t seem to care. I’ve been going there since it was built. There has been some good service there over the years but lately the good service is rare. If it wasn’t within walking distance of my house, I would bring my business elsewhere.

My daughter and I got flu shots here on 11/4/22, and everyone in Pharmacy was great. My daughter has special needs, and everyone was very accommodating, kind, and patient. Thank you!

I've been using the pharmacy at this locations for some years now, never had a problem with anything until recently. I've been out of my medication for days and it's my long acting insulin. Whe i called they promised to have it in stock the next I for 2 or three days never calling around tonsee if another store has it or anything, they left me out to dry, I work Healthcare so that puts me at a greater risk for covid and the ability to pass it on to the patients other Frontline workers. I'm now dealing with a mild infection behind this, I've spoken to 2 managers and I called in to make a formal complaint but no ones ever gotten back to me. I don't even trust them anymore, first thing Monday morning I'm transferring everything to Walmart or another pharmacy and I vow to never step foot in a walgreens store ever again..... customer service here sucks.....

This location is great! HUGE shoutout to the pharmacy too, after experiencing terrible service at the Madison OP pharmacy. This location’s pharmacy is organized, well-staffed, efficient, and provides very good customer service.

They lock the doors before 10pm. All I needed to buy was a birthday card. At my jobs we never lock the doors early!!!

Whenever I go into the pharmacy there is a woman there wearing her mask under her nose. I can tell she works hard. However I have seen her there for years. Covid and mask wearing has been a thing for years. Someone in a medical setting should know better. I also needed to get medication for my son. His doctor called it in and when I went to pick it up they said it was never called in. I called the doctor and they said it had so when I went back they told me my insurance does not cover it. Thanks for the wonderful communication and adherence to Covid practices. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The employees at this location make shopping here a joy. Neli works very hard to ensure a wonderful customer service experience every time I have needed help. She was patient, friendly and very helpful. Neli and all of the employees at this location deserve raises!

The workers there give horrible service overall the woman with the grey vest with the black wig. She is rude, uneducated, she only spend time in herscanning machine to ignore customers. if you ask her something she'll just ignore you, she won't answer. I don't know how the got hired. Horrible service there, I won't be back.
