I love this store. ALL the workers are friendly. They speak and constantly looking up to see who is next in line. I love it there is constant movement so no one is not working. My favorite person is Alvin, Tammika George, Veronica, and Luis. Very Helpful All the time.

This UPS store is the best in the Chicagoland area. I live in the city but only come to this UPS store on my way to work because of the people that work there and their wonderful customer service. No matter how many packages I have or Amazon QR codes I have they are always courteous and careful about packaging them and providing me with a receipt/tracking. They are extremely patient and pay attention to who comes in and makes sure they communicate that everyone is welcome and they will get to them as soon as possible. They also look like they enjoy working together.

Customer Service at this location is ALWAYS amazing. I don’t know how they do it but no matter what I go in for, I leave feeling happy!! Customers are treated like human beings — and not just worthy of respect and courtesy — but WELCOMED into the store.

I do all of my Amazon returns here. Mia is really nice and pleasant despite my returning a million little things. Never have had an issue with any employees or the process, they’re all kind and helpful.

The staff here are always friendly and deliver great service. Special thanks to Tammika, George and Alvin for treating me like family whenever I stop by. They’re the reason why I pay for a mailbox here, even though I have other UPS stores closer to where I live. Been a customer here since 2017 and hope to remain one for a long time.

I love going into the store and feeling the sense of community. I pretty much know everyone and can greet everyone by name and they know me as well. Mr. Alvin knows my box number and grabs my packages before I make it to the counter. Everyone is always very nice and helpful.

We got a referral for this UPS store from the funeral home we used for my mother-in-law’s services. We had the distinct pleasure of working with Mia to design our obituaries. Due to circumstances, it was a short window for printing. Mia and her team did an incredible job of designing everything beautifully and exactly how we envisioned. They were able to even rush printing to ensure we had everything ready for the visitation the day prior to services. We are so so thankful. Everything was so beautiful!!
