Time Out Pet Care is wonderful! Cheryl took great care of our 70lb Pyredoodle without hesitation. Murphy has some anxiety issues & quirks when he is left. Cheryl handled Murphy as if he was her own. Also Cheryl sends updates & pictures during your pet’s stay. Fees are reasonable, drop off & pick up are very easy. We will definitely be using Time Out Pet Care again!

Cheryl is the most extraordinary person who will provide your pet with the most pampered experience imaginable. She also thinks of everything to make it easier for you to drop your pet with her. She is fun and kind and completely trustworthy. We left our 4 dogs with her and within moments we knew they were more loved than we could imagine. We drove cross country to leave our fur babies with her for an extended stay during a cross country relocation. She returned my mom’s dog after a 2 month stay last summer more fit and happy then she’d ever been. She’s that special! She is the BEST! VIP CONCIERGE LEVEL SERVICE!

Cheryl has been a godsend. Extremely reliable and professional, we are very fortunate to have found her. We've used her service for our family vacation for four days and she handled our little terror Rusty like a champ. Five stars ain't high enough.

We live close and have walked past several times when Cheryl is outside with the dogs. She was wonderful with them when she wasn’t expecting anybody to be watching, so I new our dog would be in good hands. Our dog has now stayed with Cheryl on multiple occasions and always comes back happy, healthy and exhausted from playing. Couldn’t ask for more.

Cheryl is amazing and I refer everyone to her. She is responsive, reliable and has a genuine love for animals you can clearly see. My dogs get excited every time they get to hang out with her. I met with almost every dog walking business in the forest park/oak park area and so glad I decided to go with Cheryl / Time Out. Bandit and Susie love you, and you made my life so much easier when I don't have to worry about my fur babies.

Cheryl has been fantastic! I travel for work and my boyfriend works evenings, Cheryl has been easy going and very flexible with her times to accommodate our unique schedules. We had a very challenging time finding a day care that was available in the late evenings/overnight, but she has saved us! Highly recommend leaving your pooch in her trusted hands.

Love Cheryl! We’ve been her client since June 2019, 1 year. The prices are right and great communication around the clock. We have used all her services. Dog waking, daycare, and overnight visits (the longest being 5 days). My dog beau loves going over for his weekly visit. He always comes back exhausted from all the playing and attention he gets. When he isn’t over, we schedule a midday walk about 3 times a week. Cheryl goes above and beyond for her clients, especially the furry ones.

Cheryl is a FANTASTIC dog sitter. She is a godsend. We were having some issues with our dog and after we took him at Time Out Pet Care a few times he has shown significant improvements. She is super flexible with timing and really works with you if you need a last minute sitter. I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl and Time out Pet Care to anyone.

Our dog Spirit loved her overnight stay! Space is nice with a fenced-in backyard. It was clear Spirit got a lot of exercise playing in the yard and with the other dogs. Nightly rate is very fair too. We will be back.

Upon meeting Cheryl (the business owner), you'll immediately realize she cares deeply about your four-legged friend as much as you do. I have used her both dog walking and boarding. My Boston terrier, Lulu, always comes home happy and well taken care of. Her rates are competitively priced for the area (and probably cheaper than most of the Chicago metro). Two thumbs up!
