Great store. Incredible nonprofit mission. Very clean with exceptionally nice staff. The store is a great place to check out some art for yourself or as a gift.

This is one of my favorite stores. There is a ton of unique jewelry and home goods here, and the prices are reasonable. All the items are beautifully handmade and I love supporting Ten Thousand Villages' Fair Trade mission.

Interesting place to shop and you are helping people for a good cause with your purchase. Interesting home made goods that can be folk art. Good customer assistant and very friendly atmosphere.

Awesome place, with the added bonus that it feels better knowing your money is going to people who actually need it. Get gifts while making a difference. Win-win.

Its Oak Park, so mask up. This is a nice collection of products made by different crafts cooperatives throughout the world. The inventory has taken a hit during the pandemic, but there is still plenty to look at. It is a mini-feast for the senses: bright colors, scented soaps and many textures for art objects, table linens and apparel. Take a browse here and the other fine shops in Downtown Oak Park.

Lovely fair trade import and hand made gifts store, I dare you to visit with the intention of only looking without buying. You will find something irresistible if you have the slightest bit of whimsy or any friends. They really don't have anything you need though, well, maybe socks. If what you need are purple Alpaca wool socks (very warm and soft by the way). I got a nautical looking brass compass in a leather carrying case, so I should be able to find my way back here. Looking for a memorable gift that will elicit a smile and a "where did you find this?" Then you should find your way here. Right near the Oak Park Green Line station and near at least a dozen other interesting shops and Katy's Dumplings for lunch.
