Even though Logan is my brother, his staff is excellent! Caroline was working solo one day and I got the answering machine and she called me back within 15 mins and answered my questions with no hesitations. Best and most carrying insurance provider I've found yet. I was with Progressive for almost 5yrs and switch to him and it cut my bill in half. Easy to contact, easy to deal with any questions or problems I have.
