Fantastic experience every time I got to the store! Employees are knowledgeable and friendly and go the extra mile to help. Shout out the Jackiee who helped me with tons of paint samples. I’m definitely going to return for all of my home painting project.

The two friendly employees were helpful in giving me advice about how to deal with peeling trim paint. They guided me to sanding and a priming product as well as the paint for my trim.

Had a great experience at this store!I was just getting my accountOpened up and buying a bunch paint for a quick jobThe store honored an online sale, and got me the new contractor discount before the account was even fully ready. There was also just a real service oriented attitude by everyone I spoke to, a breath of fresh air compared to Home Depot!Lupe was especially awesome as the day I needed to pickup my order I ran late and she stayed an extra 10 minutes beyond close to get me my paint, and helped me deal with a screaming child as we tried to load the car. Amazing service and just very impressed!

Guadalupe, the sales associate at the Madison Street, Oak Park location is professional, kind, helpful and enthusiastic. It has been a joy to work with her! She was patient as I carefully selected wallpaper, she ordered samples and assisted me with my final purchase. I so appreciate the service and great attention provided :-)

Superior service. Walked into the store while driving down and decided to look at samples. Edward instantly greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. Edward did come by the color walls and helped pick between different colors, even adding some of his personal recommendations (better than my picks). Edward really exhibited great color choices and really knew what he was saying. As Edward was finishing up going over paint finishes, Carlos and Felipe engaged me in an entertaining conversation about my home improvement needs and goals. Made me feel like they care and not that I’m just some sales number.Walked in unsure as I always deferred to Home Depot, but after this experience, I will not shop elsewhere for paint.10/10 A1 service

Made a phone order to pick up paint, I disclosed I would be five minutes late to pick up order since it was 15 minutes to closing time. I confirmed with employee that I would be late and if it would still be ok. He confirmed yes and that he would be making the paint. Upon arrival, which was 3 minutes past five o’clock store employee denied me since it was past five o’clock.This is my first experience with sherwin Williams. Self note to store managers don’t promise customers your word if you can’t keep it then try to deny it!! Poor customer relationship on your part!! You made me drive there for nothing as I wanted to complete my project! Thanks for the team work and your efforts…Not wasting my time…
