Scheduling team is horrible. Made an appointment for 11:15 yet got to the office at 10:30 just so I can be seen 1 hr late and past my appointment time. However if I were to walk into a schedule appointment 1hr late I would be rescheduled and will not be seen. This is unexceptionable. The front desk team of professionals have no concept of patient care or coordination nor do they have a policy for emergency treatments or keeping patients flowing so patients are seen at a reasonable time . So unfortunate. Dr Lopez is great. However a better management of patients time with scheduling appointments is horrible. No Manager to coordinate the front desk staff. Front desk was even in violation of my HIPPA rights. Speaking freely in front of a waiting room of people about my appointment and personal private information. Unexceptionable and very unprofessional. Horrible experience after being Dr Lopez patient for several yrs.Dr Lopez is great it's unfortunate her staff doesn't care as much as she does

She has delivered 3 of my 4 children and I'm currently found out I'm pregnant again and will be headed to her soon. She is so amazing if u have an questions she takes her time to explain things to you... I absolutely loved her..

Dr. Lopez such a great doctor, great bedside manner and delivered two of my babies! I honestly wish I can go back for my fourth baby here but I live far away. I would never forget how patient she was with me. How much information she gave us during my pregnancies and how she took time to listen to my concerns and schedule all tests needed to have a healthy baby delivered. I’m with DMG doctors now and they don’t compare with Dr. Lopez!

Dr. Lopez is simply the best! She delivered three of my children which two of them were high risk and she was amazing. She’s very informative, attentive & kind. Put all my concerns at ease. She’s been my doctor for the past 12 years.

Doesn’t value patience time at all makes you wait and hour to be seen. Then rushes you out of office after 15 mins. Definitely not innovative in new alternative medical practices if your pregnant and don’t feel comfortable being prescribed certain medications. Needs to learn to talk more slower instead of racing through information.

One star is too much... I saw Dr Lopez for years.. While she seems to be "caring", in fact she will never know you from Adam. She leaves test results over voicemail, and when I called her to discuss, she pointed out that she had left me a message. I don't know, but it's MY health, so I'm interested in a little more detail than what you can leave in a recorded message. She never gives you next steps. An office visit with her is spent 40 minutes in the lobby (I understand waits, as long as what you are waiting for is worth it), 10 minutes with the nurse, and 10 minutes with the doctor. We have been TTC and every test she performed was because I asked for it.. Other than that her suggestion was always "keep trying". she never had initiative to suggest next or alternative steps. The worse part: when I switched doctors, they immediately found something VERY apparent that Dr. Lopez failed to see... REALLY!?!?!
