I had a Terrible experience with this place, I went there for a Pedicure & Manicure. This lady had an attitude the whole while, maybe because I asked her to file my nails a certain way ? I don’t know, then she tossed the receipt at me because I didn’t give her a tip, the service was terrible, they pick certain people to give this lady to. I won’t be going back there , I’ll spend my money elsewhere, I feel you should Treat all of your Customers the Same, because we all are spending the same type of Money, so why do you make a difference in people. That’s wrong ! If you don’t change your business is not going to last.

Came to this nail salan out of convenience and regret it. While a lot of the work posted looks nice I have to admit the hygiene is not there! The tubs to soak your feet were prewrapped …I seen so many women getting serviced and there was nobody really cleaning after before or during the services. I got a basic pedicure and the woman insisted she didn’t have that color in regular polish (which he held in her apron with the intention to upset) I agreed because I felt forced. Once I sat for my manicure the tables felt grimmy and I realized the utensils were not sterilized as well as foot pumice being used over multiple clients. I also want to mention the terrible attitude these women have is sad. I really don’t understand why people have jobs they don’t enjoy. I spent $100 plus tip for a bad experience today (Gel polish manicure and pedicure with an ombré design) it looks ok but honestly I won’t ever be returning!
Cleanliness: Run! Cuticle removers, nail clippers not sterile! Used pumice being re used on multiple clients! Nothing being cleaned here
Stylist: The larger woman with glasses (I think her name was Rachael )

I've been a customer for over 20 yrs. Kim used to be the manager now it's her niece Lin. I've had great service when I was getting no chip. I have to be honest I stopped going for about 8 mos & grew my own nails. Needed a pedicure so I've been going back for about 1 1/2 mos. I only get a regular manicure on my hands but my polish only lasts 1-3 days. I went Saturday & after 2 1/2 hours for a Mani/Pedi & the tech messing my nails up once I was ready to go. The next day, Sunday the polish was coming off. Today I went back for Lin to fix my nails she said she had 3ppl. I asked to make an appt for tomorrow after work. She told me she only does walk-ins. I'm totally disappointed & feel like being such a long time customer I should've been treated differently. I have a choice on where to spend my money. I'm a loyal customer who has referred many clients to the business. They just lost my patronage

I usually love to go here as my favorite tech was Fan. However yesterday I visited and learned through Lyn that she was no longer there. Instead of listening to my first mind and going home, I decided to give Lyn a try. After all , so many rave about her work. I 100% regret not listening to my first mind. Upon sitting in her chair I showed her a design, and I asked very clearly, "Can you do this?" as I am not naive enough to believe that everyone can do designs. Very excitedly she responded yes, and even went to pick the colors. Two hours into the session I learned that she indeed did not know what she was doing, but instead of telling me that much she decided to play my intelligence. Respectfully I told her that this was not on the picture, and this was not what I wanted. she caught an attitude which made her begin to snatch my hands around like I was a rag doll and speak loudly into the phone. I ended up snatching my hands back and firmly asking her to either remove everything that was wrong or I'd go somewhere else to get it fixed. Safe to say I left there with clear nails. What I didn't realize until I got home was not only was the set sloppy, but my nails were different lengths and shapes. This was the sloppiest work I've ever dealt with and I won't be back. I wish I could leave no stars at this point.

I like them. It was fast (except the wait was a little long) my tech was nice
The whole apex shape ain't it, if you're expecting a more hand sculpted look.
But the almond shape I got is cute.
Update: they lasted 2.5 weeks before serious lifting and I needed a fill. A teeny disappointing as I like my manicures to go three weeks

I'm handicap and I have mobility problems. He did a great job with my pedicure. He was very helpful and friendly. I will go back for pedicure and manicure next time. Thank you so much Michael see you next time!!!

Nice, reasonable. They waited for me and my mom to get there before closing. They didn't make us feel rushed. Nice service.
