“Gabrielle went above and beyond to assist with a problem we had. She did more than she needed to instead of providing a phone number and sending us on our way to figure it out ourselves.”

“The bank is very inviting there is an area to keep kids occupied. There was an immaculate restroom accessible to customers. While there the bank staff that attended to my needs was very helpful and courteous. He gave my son two plush toys that made my little guys day. One complaint: I'm not used to banks with teller window counters that are easily visible from the street through the store windows. The street can be very busy and people will see if you are depositing or withdrawing money as it's counted out. Consider getting frosting or advertisement clings in the windows nearest the counters.”

“I'm not sure if these other reviews are talking about the right Chase location, because I go to this one 2-3 times a month for various services and have never experienced anything close to what they describe. This is my favorite Chase location.”

“I give 5 stars because Ali he is not only a diligent worker but highly informative with knowledge of banking. He's patient and always pleasant. I feel that I'm always competent in making the best decisions with Ali. However, I have noticed that when I make cash deposits that don't appear on transactions and also credits for merchants, that's the only concern I have. How will I know my accurate balance if it's not appearing???”

“5 stars from Mees ?? My direct deposit bounced because my account was closed so they send me a check.
I will open a new account. I just can't see my self eith another bank and it's not there fault.
Make sure you have a savings account at least so they can take there monthly fees when you don't have a job or between jobs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“US Bank Branch, 11 Madison, Oak Park, IL receives 5 stars for serving the Westside community! Cynthia A and Gloria J. and many other bankers make this happen! Many years ago, I open my accounts when I was teaching in the Austin community, US bank reps visit the school. On my recent visit, I saw a different style of banking, Community Banking! Assisting individual with special needs and concerns The customers in the community will stand in long lines outside to receive personal banking services, at this location. If these individuals didn't have these types of services, they may become discouraged about the modern banking technology. This is another situation that gives me a different light about banking....”
