Came in to this store earlier today because I had broken my phone. I spoke with Amanda I believe her name was. She was very helpful and friendly. Took the time to go over best options that fit my budget and wants/needs for a phone. Id highly recommend asking for Amanda if you need help with any issues. Great job!

Been having a good service here Brooks was very helpful the few times I visited the store. My phone broke went back to see if he can help out getting a new one. I asked for him the lady tall,chunky,heavy sorry for describing like that but didn't say a name and didn't have a name tag. She said he's not here just me. I think was a little rude so left and changed provider. Disappointed had to do that.

I just recently started my LLC and I needed help porting my Google voice number over and I didn’t know how to do it. Alexis was wonderful and fully helpful with helping me out through all the steps in the process as it was such a headache and I spent days trying to figure it out, but she had it right away. Not only did she take care of me she she made sure that my phone was fully protected all the way around including insurance, which there was no negotiating on that she made sure I got it lol ,screen protector and the phone case. This isn’t my first time shopping here I bought tablets and stuff for my daughter in the past and every time I come here this place is awesome. I definitely recommend stopping at this location here in Oak Park on North Avenue right off of Narragansett. Alexis, thank you so much for all of your help..

My experience was Terrible I went there to get an upgrade for my son phone then I turn around the guy put extra charges on my bill.Turn trying paid my bill he lock me out my account i been using the same account pin seen 2019 now I can’t get in my account to pay my phone bill.

Really supportive guy. My senile father in law made a purchase he shouldn't have (already had an expensive plan he could not get out of). Owner made full refund even though policy states otherwise.
